Front desk staff and house keeping staff were all so helpful and very pleasant. Only hiccup, if we can even call it that, it was very minor, our dogs dug up a creepy baby doll and sippy cup from underneath our bed! Haha it was creepy. But we ran into no other concerns. Maybe we would change our room placement in the future. We were right next to the elevator which was loud througout the night, but thats not really on them. Wonderful stay nonetheless!

I don't know where to go with this review. Room was disgusting I had to clean both sinks, fridge, microwave, stove, and bathroom door both sides. When I said something to the front desk about the state of the room poor kid looked like a deer trapped in the headlights of an oncoming truck. He didn't know what to do so he just looked at me. Finally I asked for some towels and cleaner with disinfectant which he bought out to me. I then went back and spent the next 45 minutes cleaning the room.

We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night which was close to the interstate and at a lower price point but still nice and comfortable. Simple Suites was perfect for what we needed. Check in was fairly quick, easy access to our room, we didn't notice any excessive noise even though its a very family friendly hotel and the view of the mountains was nice. Appleby's was right across the street which was all we needed and our room key had a 10% off coupon for it so that was was a bonus. The room was decent size and it was nice to have a small kitchen area

The first room we got had a terrible smell (urine) the front desk told another customer they didn’t have another room that night. Since the customer was complaining about one of the beds were not made. That night we had no option to stay in the room that smell bad but next morning after coming from the soccer tournament I approached the front desk and explained my situation. The front desk lady was more friendly and understanding so she was able to provide my family a different room on the third first which it was much better and smell better than the room on the first floor. The first room was missing hand soap as well as other things. Things that the second room had and we were happy to switch rooms.
