Holiday Inn Boise Airport, an IHG Hotel

Very convenient, just enough close by, it makes for mostly quiet nights. There is always other people's children, you know know it will happen every now and then.

Overall beautiful place. Once we got to the room the TV remote for the "living room" didnt have batteries, and Im guessing a family stayed in here before us because i had to figure out why the TV wasnt working as the HDMI for the cable was also unolugged on the same TV. Outside of these minir things. Great stay.

I was having an amazing time in Boise in general I was in town w/ my service dog… he and I had been traveling for two days… I was in the lobby eating drinking talking with new and old friends… when I was actually ready to check in a lot of hassle began… I truly didn’t bring cash didn’t think I would need it…. I also didn’t bring any real plastic I have almost all of my stuff digitally stored… when I went to check in I was greeted by 2 very young 20 something kids… I was told they could check me in unless I had a card they could keep on file… I had already pre-booked the right hotel wrong location… after a bit of trying… maybe a half hour I was told they no longer wanted my business and was told to leave… luckily for me I am VERY mobile I mostly brought my lab so if my legs gave out from my injury I wouldn’t immediately fall to the ground…. I don’t necessarily blame anyone, but for me it was amazing how many assumptions are made evrery be minute based on someone’s presumption of reality
