We had such a lovely time at this property. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. The front desk gal (I didn't catch her name, but she's trans) was so happy and helpful. The breakfast staff, literally every single person greeted us, helped myself and my children. The pool was refreshing and clean, and the bonus pool floating toys were a great bonus. The room was sooooo quiet and clean . We slept great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great family run property. Very friendly and generous breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Good sign when your pilot for your flight is at breakfast with you.

Great stay. Fantastic breakfast and fair rates. Stayed in same property many years ago when it was a Doubletree. Perfect location for visiting our kids and grandkids

The room was good breakfast was awesome! Why I don’t recommend this place is because of management!! I feel in the shower and called the front desk and the kid at the desk blew me off. Someone from sales called to ask me if I wanted to report it? I didn’t . When a front desk manager checked me out and I told them about the slippery conditions Not Are you ok? Am sorry!!!! nothing except “ oh we charge your card for parking also!! it’s obvious that’s it’s about the company not the people

I didnt feel like the room was actually cleaned before our arrival, somthings were definitely missed. The pool was outdoors, the kids still had fun with it, but the heater for the pool was broken. We had to leave early so we weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast.

Clean, spacious room. Had issue with A/C, they moved me immediately to another room where A/C worked like a charm. Super responsive guest services and very friendly staff in general. Great breakfast too and location is good. Will definitely stay here again when visiting my kid at BSU.
