Checkin was great. Clean, comfortable room and facility. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Very disappointed pool and hot tub were down. I booked here so my grandchildren could enjoy the pool. There should be updates on the website when they're not available.

Very close to the airport and my wife was by herself and she felt very safe and she is going to be a member here cause she comes two - three times a year to see her Grandchildren. Shuttle service was good even at flying in at midnight 😁

Pool was closed until further noticed. We chose our hotel based on pool and bed/comfort accommodations. That was disappointing for the family. Check-in assigned us the wrong room creating confusion and about 30min to figure out what happened.

I would stay here again. The hotel is clean and the area was very safe and quiet. Being a female and traveling alone, feeling safe is important. There’s a little park across the street if you have little ones that want to run around. Restaurants and stores really aren’t within walking distance but there’s no problem getting an Uber or Lyft. They have an airport shuttle that was super convenient. It’s definitely a basic hotel but they have a decent breakfast and the staff was nice.

If I had been informed the amenities were not available I would have stayed elsewhere. The young man didn't inform me until my kids and I were in the hot tub. Then he chased us out from the pool room. The sign on the door stated the pool was closed for maintenance but not the hot tub.

Fantastic place to stay for business trips. I saw many guests using the pool. Very family oriented and a safe place to stay in Boise.

Clean hotel next to the highway and airport. Check in was pleasant, will stay here again! The kids enjoyed the pool. Very easy to get to, plenty of free parking. Has continental breakfast, not the best but allows you to get a bite and continue with the road trip.
