The bathroom floor was filthy with dirt, hair, and crumbs. We kept our shoes on. Gray smudges on one of the comforters. Check-in staff was one person who took phone calls and managed the line so it was slow. Breakfast was low quality compared to other chains, frozen food heated up cafeteria-style. It was bad enough that my family asked me to book someplace else during the return piece of our road trip, preferring to risk an unknown over this place again.

Check in was good. Room and bedding was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom floor and carpet around it was extremely dirty. Looked like maybe some work had been done with dried caulk and drywall powder on the carpet. The bathroom floor itself had food spilled which was really weird. More disappointingly, the breakfast was open until 9am. By 8:45am things had run out and several families with children asked for the waffle batter to be refilled. Staff said “ok” and said we’ll let the person in charge know. That individual came out took the batter and disappeared and started cleaning up. No explanation. Literally ignored the folks waiting around. Would not have been hard to simply explain “hey we ran out, can we get you something else” but she just acted oblivious and cleaned up and vanished. When you book the room, you expect the breakfast. Best Western didn’t provide it and and it reflected poorly on the staff and property.

Our family stayed one night as we traveled through the area. Very easy to get to from I-84 and quiet area. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The only suggestion was the breakfast was a little lacking, however the make your own waffles are always a hit with my kids.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. I travelled for work for 9 years, and this hotel service was the worst I’ve experienced. My family stayed for 5 days. Our sheets were never changed and the last two evenings we stayed our room was completely untouched, didn’t make the bed, didn’t take out the trash, didn’t pick up the old towels. I complained to the front desk the first time they didn’t address our room and they said they had staff call outs and too many other rooms to clean. The next day, despite hanging the sign to make up the room, our room was complete untouched again. I plan on notifying Best Western’s HQ.

I loved the family suite that we rented, and the wonderful staff service. It was superb!

Nice Stay for my family. Came to Boise for a funeral and the service was nice and room was clean and comfortable. Price for a weekday was a little spendy. If it was a weekend, I would understand the rate. Breakfast was ok. would of like to have seen bacon and real eggs, maybe scrambled eggs. real ones.

My family and I found this Best Western hotel very comfortable. The beds are always comfortable and that, along with being dog-friendly, is why we choose Best Western when we take road trips. The room was spacious and offered everything we needed. The carpet could have used an additional vacuuming, but it was really not a problem. Breakfast was good and the staff kept the food coming. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. If I could offer this hotel one suggestion, it would be to update the rooms, to include the bathrooms. Easier said than done, and expensive, but it could really make a difference, especially to repeat guests.

I was very disappointed, and would never recommend it. The only thing I liked about the place was the treadmill. The pool was over ran by he employees family, the bed was one of the worse beds I have ever slept in. The 1st room we stayed in we could hear every sound from the water to the family who were stomping around like elephants. We had the handi cap room and it was not ideal. When I asked to be moved I was told there would be a extra charge. But why, I only wanted to move levels it wasn’t that I asked for a suite. Your beds are the worst! The bathroom floor was also coming apart

Stayed here on our outbound journey and liked it so much we made sure to stay again on our return. Super clean, comfortable/quiet, and professional. Great breakfast as well. We stayed with our 4 kids in the family suite with its king AND two queen beds -- amazing. The only strike against this place (besides the elevator being slow -- I'm stretching if I have to complain about that!) is its location in the flight path of Boise Airport. Earlier in the evening of our first stay there were regular roars from aircraft taking off, but it stopped well before midnight. The second night it wasn't an issue at all -- winds must have been going a different direction. If you're sensitive to that, you might want to look elsewhere, but really everyone else will love staying here, as we did.
