Great resort! Right across from the beach and perfect location to walk and shop. Honestly, if you didnt want to leave the resort, that would be fine. Literally everything was there. The staff were great and so helpful. Bonus, great place for families.

When I was checking out this morning, I found that someone placed charges for hotel breakfast on my room number. I didn’t go to the hotel restaurant during this vacation. I was shocked to find that out. I am just curious what is your practice around placing charges on the room number? Are you ever verify at least a last name? I was told by your employee that was party of 4 on that hotel breakfast. My family is party of 3. I will never forget that and you lost a loyal customer who returned at least 4 times in last 4 years. Never again.

Great location, massive rooms, only issue we had was that the lobby and elevators to the rooms are on the second floor. The elevator from the main floor to the lobby was out of order during our stay and we were travelling with small children and a stroller which made things difficult

This property is very old (seems from the 70s or 80s). While it is conveniently located, it is not luxurious. We had an ocean view family room which was comfortable although our expectations from a Hyatt were higher. Feel free to give this a miss.

A few hiccups with my card but the front desk was so helpful and even comped a few things to make up for issues on their end. Will definitely be staying here again. Beautiful area. Close to everything that I wanted to do with my toddler.

My family and I stayed there twice, this past visit was not so great, we couldn’t enjoy our lanai, everyone we opened the door or sit out, we would have to constantly close it every 30mins. Someone was always smoking cigarettes, I did mention this issue to the staff, we really liked the view of our room.
