Staff was very friendly and helpful. Made you feel like family. Location was extremely convenient to everything you could possibly need. The beach literally a minute away, food and shops all around you. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was on the small side but was nothing to be concerned about. The rooftop pool was a hit with my girls. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a prime location. A block away from the beach. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The imperial resort was very convenient and the staff was amazing! We traveled with a family of 10 and were well taken care of. The rooms are very spacious and the location is in the middle of the city . We rented a car and didn’t need it at all . There were so many dining and shopping options within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel/resort 10/10.

Great value for the area with great staff. The bathroom and space was a little too small for a family of 6. With the sofa bed and Murphy bed folded out, we had zero room for luggage and sitting. We would get 2 rooms next time.

The staff were extremely polite, informative, and helpful during our stay. The Palm Suite provided a partial view of the ocean and was newly renovated. The location was ideal for access to shopping, restaurants, and a relatively short walk to the beach. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool area when they were not on the beach. The only negative was the challenge of moving around the murphy bed when getting ready for bed and early morning without hurting ourselves on the large protruding foot of the bed. Several of us hurt ourselves and sustained bruises as a result. Otherwise, we enjoyed and recommend it.

We had a great stay in this wonderful resort with a full kitchen and everything is in walking distance We definitely will come back family of 4 and a grandmother!!!

The room is 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach, it is centrally located for food, dining and activities. The room had 2 bathrooms which was great for the family. The balcony had a view of the ocean, awesome.

Beautiful experience after traveling from Florida with a family of five and an infant. Had all the amenities we were looking for and more great location, restaurant shops right outside the door. Was nice and quiet during the night with respectful guest going in and out! Offered fun and exciting events activities throughout the day free for the family and adults including ukulele, lessons at the resort , . The staff was accommodating and helpful with luggage, parking, checking in and out as well as printing flight boarding passes!

We arrived very late and tired and the night staff on 2/17 were very welcoming, efficient. The bell/valet service was very good, the room had all the extras we asked and was comfortable. We just stayed the one night before heading to the north shore, but it was a nice place to land after a long flight. We recommend better pillows and water in the vending machines but everything else was great for a family
