We had a great stay in this wonderful resort with a full kitchen and everything is in walking distance We definitely will come back family of 4 and a grandmother!!!

The room is 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach, it is centrally located for food, dining and activities. The room had 2 bathrooms which was great for the family. The balcony had a view of the ocean, awesome.

Beautiful experience after traveling from Florida with a family of five and an infant. Had all the amenities we were looking for and more great location, restaurant shops right outside the door. Was nice and quiet during the night with respectful guest going in and out! Offered fun and exciting events activities throughout the day free for the family and adults including ukulele, lessons at the resort , . The staff was accommodating and helpful with luggage, parking, checking in and out as well as printing flight boarding passes!

We didn’t have a nice view on the 10th floor and for a family with three older kids the 1 bedroom 1 lounge room was a bit small. There was no stove in the kitchenette which would have been good to cook a meal for the kids. Pool was a bit small for such a big hotel but had a great view.

Location was great. Close to everything you need in Waikiki. One bedroom was really small for 2 adults and 3 kids. Once you pull both beds out in the living, there's no walking space.

The staff as amazing. We had an issue with another hotel with lack of cleanliness. I wanted to mention Chris and his manager went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I to get us a room. We will be staying there again.

So when you stay here check in is adamantly at four p m For being so close to the ocean the hotel was extremely clean We had a family of 6 and it was Tight but very livable. Everything is within the hotel which is phenomenal the bellhops were great. The valet is excellent and the overall customer service from every staff member was exceptional and made it an all together great experience will stay there again

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 10 nights and housekeeping came and emptied out our garbages every second day. You can go and switch out beach/bathroom towels whenever you needed to. It was a close walk to the beach and to all amenities. The suites were small, but comfortable. My older kid said the sofa bed was uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle. The space was good for us and what we wanted.

A suite was spacious. It was a perfect family vacation place. It's an old hotel, so if you may look for somewhere modern or fancy, then this might not be a place for you. If that doesn't matter too much to you, then you should stay at this hotel!
