We had a wonderful stay. The pool is very nice and very kid friendly! Evening free happy hour and free, great selection breakfast is awesome too. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Hotel is well kept and very clean too. We also used on site guest laundry which was convenient. We rented car for day from hotel lobby area and that worked well for us to explore outside Waikiki. Hotel is conveniently located to most all Waikiki for easy walking. Highly recommend!

The staff were absolutely phenomenal. They totally exceeded our expectations for our family of 5. My husband and I agreed that this was one of our best family trips and we must to stay here every time! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 5 nights, the only thing I liked about it was the location, super convenient to get to shopping, dining and entertainment. The breakfast buffet was packed everyday, dining room was run down and needs renovation. Food of breakfast should be more varied because after eating there 2 days, we were sick of it. Pool was not heated during winter time, kids could only swim in the small spa. Will prefer another hotel for next trip.

Just an excellent stay. I have a family of 4 and researched for weeks for a Hotel that would fit within my budget and this was PERFECT. Great pool (Otto the pool mgr was so amazing), a great bar, free happy hour and free breakfast that exceeded my expectations. Rooms are dated but the beds and pull out very comfortable. You will also pay $45 per day for Valet (so beware) but, seriously, stop your research and stay here
