Great hotel in a prime location. My only ckmplaint is that there were a ton of kids everywhere. To be expected for a Sheraton but would have liked more adult only options.

My family and I LOVED our stay at the Sheraton! Everyone was so kind and accompanying. The ocean view from our room was just, *chefs kiss. Very clean, and very walkable which we took advantage of. Will be coming back!

Overall this hotel is ideal staying for families visit to Oahu, the facility and surrounding is a great match at this Waikiki location, but this time visit encountered a RUDE staff at the beachside managing the red umbrella chairs, the staff did not show hotel service manner to inform the chairs are reservations only, but rudely asked to leave, the staffs need to be trained well or be discharged from providing service.

This has to be the best hotel in Waikiki.
The location is amazing, right in the heart of it all.
The rooms are spectacular.
The beds are so comfortable and the pools are unbelievable.
Best place to stay with a family.

I loved this hotel! Great staff. Food and drinks were really good. The hotel is situated right on the water, and close to shopping and restaurants, and Waikiki beach.
The hotel has its own shopping including a convenience store, an ice cream shop, nail salon, cookie shop, two coffee shops, and a handful of retail shops.
The infinity pool for adults only was awesome. You can watch and listen to the waves pounding the seawall, they serve drinks/food, and you can take your drinks into the pool. Lounge chair rentals are pricey but worth it for at least one day. The open chairs get snatched up quickly, but if they are all full, you can just set your towel on the edge of the pool. The other pool is quite hectic, but if you have kids, they will love it. There is also a koi pond near this other pool, with rocking chairs. Lovely.
We had a room on the 19th floor facing the ocean. I think there were ten elevators and we never had to wait more than 30 seconds for one. The lanai off our room was fantastic! There was a chair, a small table, and a chaise lounge with cushions and a table that slides over it. With the configuration of the hotel, may of the rooms have views of the beach and ocean. We had a view of the ocean, Waikiki beach, Diamond Head, and the infinity pool. The only thing we couldn't see were the Friday night fireworks from Hilton Hawaiian Village, but we later found out this hotel had their fireworks show Tuesday night and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!

This was our first time in Honolulu. I did quite a bit research before booking. We wanted to be on the beach, we wanted a decent and clean room, we didn’t want to be around children and be close to things. Sheraton Waikiki exceeded all of our expectations. I would stay here again and again. The infinity pool is for adults only so you can get away from the children. The hotel is newly renovated and super clean. The ocean front rooms have unbelievable views. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Close to anything you need. They truly beat vacation ever.

Cleanest room I have ever stayed in! All staff encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Some shops to explore downstairs. Kiddie & family pool is separate from adults infinity pool. You don’t even hear kids from there! We went to enjoy the ocean and sun and were not disappointed with our ocean front room! Definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki for my babymoon and we loved every moment of it. The hotel is near the Royal Hawaiian Center, walking distance to many shops, luxury shops, and the International Market place. Staff were great. We were given reusable pouches for water, friendly for the environment. I loved the bidet. We booked 1 king bed with partial ocean views and got upgraded to a corner room with partial ocean views that had 1 king bed and a full bed. Hotel is nice and clean.
