Omni Hotel At The Battery Atlanta

My husband and I traveled from Michigan to Atlanta visiting family members. Our reservation were for 2 days the entire time we didn’t have the luxury of going in and out of the hotel as we pleased due to an outage. Our first night we were awake but intoxicated customers. Customers were fighting, yelling through the hallways. I called the front desk on March 29th complaining to the Manager. The issue occurred March 29 and March 30th. My husband payed $475 with parking was included ( $50 per night) for Intoxicated customers, inconvenience in and out of our room

There are so many wonderful things to say about the Omni. So I will just leave it at this. We were there for the weekend, and they offered us a free upgrade to a suite with a balcony. Wow. We didn't even ask for it. The room was absolutely beautiful and there is NOTHING like the Braves field so close. And the sofa on the balcony was fabulous. The bed: The Best. But here's the real best. The woman who helped us at the front desk (and I apologize but cannot remember her name, sadly) was incredible, and so were all the staff. Special things the staff did for us: 1. We were at the pool. My husband has skin cancer and forgot his hat. I know -- you are wondering why we were at the pool if he has skin cancer. Because, when you experience the Omni Battery pool you will go there despite ... challenges. It's awesome. We love an awesome pool bar. So anyway, my husband forgot the all-important hat and so I went inside to find one. I went to the in-hotel store, but it was closed. Not to be deterred, I went to the front desk. They were busy but she stopped everything, went downstairs with me, found the owner of the shop, OPENED the shop JUST For me, and I got to buy the hat. Are you kidding me? Service like you have never seen before, and this service was mirrored in the staff who helped us with our car, our bags, our room, etc. You simply won't find better service. The rooms are beautiful and there are so many dining experiences to be had. Go there. Five Stars.

The Omni is a beautiful hotel with direct access to the Atlanta Battery. It was clean with lots of options nearby for shopping and dining. Our room overlooked the Battery, pool and Braves stadium, which our kids loved. We went to the game and it was nice to have the hotel right there so we didn’t have to deal with parking/traffic. We felt very safe and the staff was super friendly. You do have to valet your vehicle for $50 a night, but it was worth it to us - especially on a game day.

Hotels.com was supposed to arrange for early check-in for our family’s two rooms they dropped the ball and only accomplished early check-in for one room. Made half of our party late for the ball game we were attending.

The hotel was amazing and so convenient for our weekend attending a Braves game. We had the best view into the stadium. The pool was small but fun for our kids. The only downfall was the noise level the night of the game. Didn’t realize how late and loud the area would be when traveling with kids. Still would go back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff and bartenders were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly to us all. The rooms and pool were very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning!

Being here om Christmas Day was magical. My children loved all of the activities, including the Christmas movies exhibit. We also did the Snoopy Scavenger Hunt which takes you all over the property. We will definitely be back!
