Was really nice-especially for kids. Only complaint was supposed to be ready by 3pm and had to wait to 3:30 to check in Ladies at the desk were nice

we enjoyed our stay at TRU! we were there for the braves game even though it was a little bit of a walk it was doable even with our kids. breakfast was great and it was convenient not to have to drive 3 hours home right away, especially after a late night game.

There was some miscommunication with staff. My 1st nigjt there, they did have lids fir the coffee or creamer for the coffee. The person at the desk said they ran out of it. However, the very next receptionist had all the item stocked. Their pancakes were ok. Their waffles were better. Its also a lot of kids.

The experience was pleasant and met my expectations for a Hilton. The hotel room was practically new modeled and smelled new. I was very pleased with the fact that I didn't have to smell cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Outstanding hospitality. The morning breakfast needs a bit more of complimentary breakfast items, breakfast consists of majority fruits. The kids enjoyed the fruit though.

Tru by Hilton is always a great choice! It was the staff that made the stay excellent. It started at the front desk and everyone that I came in contact with was super friendly and always asking if We needed anything! Breakfast was great, parking was easy and convenient! Super clean and family friendly!

Rooms were a great size, reception was so kind and sweet, was nice that they had an indoor pool and in the lobby an area for kids of all ages to play!!! Great for families with kids to keep them entertained no matter what time of day!!!! Beds were comfortable and rooms had just enough space!!!!! Liked that there were also no stains in shower!! 10/10 would definitely be my hotel of choice if I were to ever visit Atlanta again!!!!!!
