There was some miscommunication with staff. My 1st nigjt there, they did have lids fir the coffee or creamer for the coffee. The person at the desk said they ran out of it. However, the very next receptionist had all the item stocked. Their pancakes were ok. Their waffles were better. Its also a lot of kids.

Tru by Hilton is always a great choice! It was the staff that made the stay excellent. It started at the front desk and everyone that I came in contact with was super friendly and always asking if We needed anything! Breakfast was great, parking was easy and convenient! Super clean and family friendly!

Rooms were a great size, reception was so kind and sweet, was nice that they had an indoor pool and in the lobby an area for kids of all ages to play!!! Great for families with kids to keep them entertained no matter what time of day!!!! Beds were comfortable and rooms had just enough space!!!!! Liked that there were also no stains in shower!! 10/10 would definitely be my hotel of choice if I were to ever visit Atlanta again!!!!!!

100 screaming kids RUNNING the entire lobby level. Desk clerk just on his (Kyle) phone. Parents sitting outside while kids were throwing pool table balls at each other. Total mayhem all evening with no regard for other guest.

The lobby and lounging area were relaxing . There were also a number of games that family could engage in, which was awesome. The room was clean and floors were extremely clean also. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was awesome. I do not like the fact that i had to use my credit card again for an addtl $100 for incidentals and parking that should all be included in the price which i did not like being told about addtl cost after arriving.

Upon arrival, had to wait over 35 minutes just to check in due to inventory check? Then, the hotel room keys did not work and had to go and get front desk to try to get us in the room. The staff couldn’t get a key to work, so we had to wake up the guest who arrived before me to let us in the room at 3:00 am… not pleasant. While on the elevator, the smell of marajuana would knock a buzzard off of a gut wagon it was so strong and carried throughout the halls. Myself and children got headaches from it. Overall, expected more quality and cleanliness from a Hilton brand hotel for the price I paid to stay here. Definitely unsatisfied.
