The night we checked in, July 1st, the individual working was extremely rude. It was my wife, our infant son, our 7-year-old, and me who was in a wheelchair. He assigned us to a room with a single king bed and no handicapped restroom. When I went to ask for a different room the individual snapped at me and told me that was the room we had booked. After a while, he decided to give us the handicap-accessible room, with two beds and an accessible shower. Keep in mind the parking lot was nearly empty when we arrived around 6 PM. The room had a horrible musty wet smell to it. There was no handheld shower, which is very important for individuals that can't stand. The worst thing was the shower chair, I transferred to the existing shower chair from my wheelchair and the shower chair collapsed. I am 38 and very fit in my upper body. luckily I was able to catch myself before I hit the floor. my wife had to help me back into my chair and she went to the front desk and was able to get another chair. The next day my son was excited to swim in the outside pool but it was closed because there were clouds in the sky. I am an amateur meteorologist and I can tell you now there was 0% chance it was going to rain. Personally I believe the individual who was supposed to open the pool was just lazy. I have much much more to say but I have run out of characters. I wanted to mention the lady that worked the day shift of July 2nd and 3rd. She was EXTREAMLY nice and helpful. So thank you to her!

We came for a short stay to spend time with family. The room was clean and modern. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. We went to an Atlanta Braves game and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the stadium. Plenty of places to eat.

Checkin starts at 3 pm. We arrived at 9 pm after a day of driving with two young kids to find out there was only one person cleaning, and therefore our room wasn’t ready yet. This was apparently the case for everyone. We waited an hour for our room after checkin. When we got to our room, it was a pretty standard room; however, it was right next to the elevator, which was incredibly noisy, not to mention people tapping their hands on the wall where our heads were while they waited for the elevator. The ice machine area was also draped off. I only mention this because my husband and I both noticed that the carpet in our room felt damp, and I wondered if the ice machine leaked and also effected our room. We paid over $500 to stay for two nights, and the place felt like a dive. What I will say is that the front desk people that I interacted with were helpful, friendly, and composed. I really can’t fault the front desk staff for any of what I experienced. I will also say that the transportation services were a bonus, and even though we ended up walking back from the ball field, it was an easy walk. However, I think next time I visit Truist Stadium, I’ll choose one of the other many hotels within walking distance.

The front Desk people were very friendly. They were very welcoming and pleasant. I was told if i needed anything to call down to the front desk. I went to my room, it was not friendly. There was no phone in the room to call if i needed anything. The shelves were falling down off the wall. The toilet paper was hardly attached to the wall. The shower rod was hanging off the wall as well. The receptacle plates were revealing. Then i go to the bed. It was not made pristinely. There were dirty condoms and wrappers in the drawers on the bed side. The carpet on the floor was filthy. I took the comforter off and threw it on the floor, wrapped myself in the sheet and just called it a night. I am working on a project in the coming months and will need somewhere for me and my family to stay while working there. I will not be staying at this hotel. I also feel the pictures were doctored from the online advertisement. This makes me feel that the price i paid was not an accurate market value. I usually pay more for nicer hotels. I was dupped this go around.

This property is a hidden gem. The management and staff are friendly, courteous, and amazingly helpful. Our group of eight had an amazing 2-night stay to see the Braves games and enjoyed it very much. It was very much like a "family" run operation as EVERYONE on staff was friendly and accommodating. We will return

the hotel is very beautiful and clean, we loved it, however the front desk clerk was in the back room on her phone and us along with 3 other families had to call for her to come check us in and assist others. Then she walked out with her phone at her ear, instead of hanging it up she told them to hold on and laid the phone down on the counter to deal with us, afterwards she picked the phone back up and continued talking on it. Very unprofessional.

Stayed here while on a girls trip for a Braves game. The room was great. The beds were comfortable, I slept like a baby! The A/C worked great and the refrigerator kept our drinks very cold. Water pressure was perfect in the shower. They had limited breakfast due to Covid restrictions. It was a “grab and go” bag with a muffin. I think they offered drink choices but I didn’t take the breakfast, just peaked inside the bags sitting on the table. The location was great! Easy to get in and out. And only a short walk to the Battery for eating, drinks at the bar, and going to the game. You did walk up hill so it’s not for anyone with walking difficulty. I would stay here again.

Stayed here with my family for a visit to Atlanta last weekend. Everything about the hotel was good. Staff was super nice and the beds are a dream. They are really high off the ground, though so if you have trouble climbing into bed that's something to consider.
