We really enjoyed our stay the room was very spacious for a family of 5. We walked to the games at truist and it was around a 15-20 minute walk. Very clean and house keeping was great. Only flaw was breakfast area was kind of clustered and no seating most mornings. Possibly be good to open the conference area for additional seating if it’s not being used. Other than that couldn’t be happier with our stay. Will definitely be back!

We were here over a holiday weekend. The staff were amazing. I’m sorry they weren’t able to be with their real family. I appreciate that they made us feel like family.

The staff at check in was exceptionally kind and hopeful- they recognized we had small children and immediately collected more towels and delivered them to the room for us. This was definitely appreciated since we checked in late after a long day of travel. There have been recent renovations and the updates are beautiful, but the hallways still have a smell of dated carpeting. This is the only negative though- the room is spacious and clean, and we are excited for breakfast in the morning!

We stayed overnight with our 2 year old and 4 month old. We were on the 4th floor and it was quiet as far as hearing other guests. There is road noise but it didn’t bother us at all. The room was clean, check in was easy. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable but my toddler was fine with it!

The room was quiet and easy to darken. It was very clean and breakfast had great options. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool was closed :( As parents traveling with young kids we were really excited about the chance to swim and we would’ve chosen a different hotel if it had been noted the pool would be closed. (Georgia is still very warm in September so we didn’t think an outdoor pool would be closed.)

Our stay after an Atlanta Braves game was great! our room had tons of space for my 8 month old baby to crawl around, the couch & bed were super comfortable! breakfast was decent, not a whole lot of choices, but it wasn’t a big deal since we were hitting the road early.

Hyatt Place look and feel are pretty consistent across the footprint, which is nice so you know what you are getting. However, the staff at this particular location were 5 stars! Every single staff member my family interacted with both morning and night all seemed to love their job. You don't see that anywhere in today's world. They were all super friendly, and helpful, and made the stay unique due to their service. The location is within walking distance of the ball field and the price is very affordable. Will stay again.
