From the moment we checked into the hotel, we were treated like family. The breakfast and staff were over the top. If attending a concert or ball game at Trust Park, it is within walkable distance. Highly Recommend.

Great family trip to a Braves game. Easy walk to Truist park. Clean comfortable rooms with no noise from the highway. Great sleep and good breakfast buffet.

upon arrival, we were able to check in early, which was great! Our coffee maker did not work but they had a tech up in no time to replace it, who was kind and courteous. My only complaint was the kids really wanted to go swimming. The pool doors were locked with no information as to why. I had to go look for an employee who seemed to be a food worker, who then saw a man who appeared to be a manager sitting at the table, who was unfriendly and rude. He asked if I had a key to the pool, which of course we did, but spoke to me as if I were not good enough to be there. It was very very off putting and rude! Apparently the pool was under repair. It would have been nice to be advised of that, through a sign or attendant, front desk someone... Most people there are very over the top friendly, except MANAGEMENT or whatever position this man was in. He was sitting up near the top of the stairs by the banquet room speaking with another man. All I know is I paid just as much money as anyone else to be there, and should be treated with the same respect! I do not look like a millionaire, but I do not look homeless either. Even if I was, but was staying there all should be treated equally! Clearly you are not there!

The staff would shut down the pool early because Sercurity wouldn’t do their job, if you ask young teenagers to not do a cannon ball on to your children, the young teenage boys will become very offended and tell their parents whom are not there to watch the young offended teen boys, and instead of saying young teen you shouldn’t do that, the hotel will just shut the pool down and ruin it for everyone. Parking was horrible, If you are a guest you pay for parking that is limited, but the hotel would also let outside people pay for parking for cheaper so they can take your spot. The hotel will just tell you to park somewhere else and no refunds. The breakfast was the most enjoyable, super awesome staff and really good food, for a hotel.

I had an event and booking a hotel with all the accommodations necessary made it ready in every aspect. My family felt comfortable and safe and loved the ease of having everything near by. Staff members are so kind and patient. Overall all we just loved it! I would definitely book again if necessary at this amazing location!

We booked a 2 Queen room about 6 months ago. When we got to the hotel to check in, we were told that they didn't have any Queen rooms. We got there right at check-in time. I booked this so long ago so we could be assured 2 queen beds. They said the only thing they could do is give us a king room (where is my kid going to sleep) or refund us our money. I was so disappointed that was their only solution. Luckily I asked to speak with a manager and somehow he found us a room. It seems like they overbook. The lady working the desk was not friendly at all. I tried to explain to the manager what was going on and she hushed me and told me she would tell him what happened. She was just super rude. The manager was great. Nice, friendly, and solved our issue.

Pool was not available so no place for kids to swim. Would have selected another hotel had we known this ahead of time.
