Here for family trip.Check in smooth.Room was comfortable.Wish the lighting was better in the room. You do have to call for extra towels and trash take out.Was disclosed before hand but would have been nice to have daily trash pick up.The hours could have been longer At The Commons. My husband had a not so good experience with getting coffee. The gentleman working wasn’t friendly and ignored some of the customers.Coffee didn’t taste up to Standard for the brand.

This was a very last minute stay as i lost AC in my rental nearby. It was 9pm and I just needed a place to stay that wasn't 80+ degrees. So I chose a hotel that was nearby and that was moderately priced thinking it would be a good medium. Not too expensive but also felt safe and clean. I think my total came to $126 for one night and I definitely regret it. Check-in was fine, nothing too eventful. Given the key to my room and went up to find that lucky me i was next to the Ice Room. This was a last minute book so I was like it it what it is. The noise from the Ice Room was the least of my problems. There was no hand soap in the bathroom so went back downstairs to get from front desk. I pulled back the covers on one of the beds and there was a strand of hair under the covers. Luckily there was a second bed and I just needed sleep. Next morning woke up and found out that the bath towels also had hairs on them. I thought okay i'll just have to request new towels. I turned on the shower and it was not draining at all and there was another hair on the shower. At that point I just skipped taking a shower and got out of the hotel by 8am. Also, guests should be aware there is not breakfast and you must pay $12 parking fee. For literally a 12 hour stay, I feel like spending $126 was a complete waste and will not recommend this hotel to any family that comes to visit me.

Property is lovely. But the staff wasn’t too welcoming coming in. Not sure if it was due to our big group coming In this weekend and they may have been overwhelmed, but it definitely showed once we arrived. Also the breakfast charge was confusing. Front desk told us $30 each per room, cafe told us $15. The questions that were asked were different from staff to staff. Not sure if they were informed that the group rate included breakfast credit, but it definitely was a hassle that morning to get our kids breakfast before their tournament. I’ve worked In the hospitality 10 years so things like this was never acceptable when customers came. Lovely property like stated before, but the first expression is always more valuable and memorable. Thanks for having us.

It’s 5 stars for children. I chose this property for the price and area concerning an impromptu stay. I was impress that the ratings were so high with a small price. But once i made it there i realized the rating was based on a different class of visitors. It was basic, walls paper thin, and full of young adults that were clubbing. Not what i expected but fine for a night. If one word could sum it up, I’d say ghetto.

We booked the hotel with a swimming pool in mind, but unfortunately, their pool was closed for maintenance. And it said parking was available, but then they charged $12. No microwave or milk so it was not suitable for us with the kids.

The hotel is very old and not a family friendly place. The parking lot, elevator and the room smelled like marijuana. The tub and sink were clogged. I would not stay again.

It was a good stay for what we needed. The room was a little dusty (lamps, thermostat, etc) but other than that was ok. The staff that I came across whether on the phone, in the lobby or the coffee shop, were all very friendly. THAT is very important to me! I would stay again, given the convenience to our families home and the price.

There was a dog barking for two nights and the staff refused to do anything to the offending family- instead they wanted to up root me.

This was one of the best, affordable hotels my family and I stayed in. It was really clean, room super spacious, and the team was nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and come here again.
