Hotel Indigo Atlanta - Vinings, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to Truist Park, which is the reason my family came to Atlanta for Fourth of July weekend in Hotel was very modern in decor. The staff was friendly, and Check In was really easy. The room was very clean and spacious and it was cooled off, which is not normal in most hotels. I loved that the bathroom did not have a shower curtain but it had a glass wall. The hot water got really hot which I love. The pool area was very nice too. The only downfall was there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and also there was no ice machine on our floor. Overall, I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Another place was that it offered free shuttle to the ball park. I will definitely book this again.

The hotel location was great! It was located close to family and friends r were just spending 1 night but I don’t think I would come back. The AC was inadequate, the thermostat was hanging off the wall and the maintenance man was surprised that it hadn’t been replaced as all the other rooms had new thermostats! The pillows were pretty awful as well. The staff was great and very attentive but the hotel needs some maintenance.

Site stated there were free baby cribs to use, they did not have any. Also pictures of room had a balcony, no balcony. No refrigerator or microwave

The front desk people were wonderful. Unfortunately we got put under the gym. It sounded like some kids were playing around - thankfully the front desk person went up there and talked to them and then called them me to follow up.

The property is immaculately clean as was the room and bedding. Lots of lamps, updated room with white, fresh bedding and pillows. Large shower. Stone counter in the bathroom. The breakfast in the lobby was EXCEPTIONAL: fruits, cereals, yogurt, granola bars, bagels, salmon and capers, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, country fried potatoes, grits, bacon, sausage, danish, muffins.. This was included in our room rate but there was a sign indicating a charge of $29.00. 3 blocks off of 285, excellent location. Stopped on our return trip from Florida but often stayed here when we had family in Marietta.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was clean. The young lady that checked me in was so much help. I did not read that there was no mini-fridge in the room we had booked and we had a small baby that still needs milk. She was able to get us one up to the room in no time. We was very grateful for that.

The hotel with clean but the room was not there was old blood and it was hair in the shower the beds were clean. Gotten woken up out of my sleep a lot by the door slamming which I know that it’s just typical things in a hotel. But the air conditioning was terrible it was so loud in the room and at a point on our first night it was severely hot. Room service as far as the housekeeping part was very fast. Front desk was very nice so was the property manager was nice. The pool could have been cleaner, and they had no towels at all outside. Parking was absolutely great and a lot of places that were close by to go to with family.

The hotel does not have mini fridges in the rooms nor a microwave. Since I brought food for the kids it went bad as I could not keep cold. The room and the hallways were funky. The front desk lady was nasty when telling her no one from housekeeping picked up there phone when we needed towels. Could you imagine if you needed to keep medicine cold with no fridge!!
