Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Vinings/Galleria

We came for a family visit and have stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed! Excellent staff and service. A delicious breakfast! Always clean and welcoming! Ty at the front desk is exceptional….consistent with her friendliness, beautiful smile, ready to help and what an asset she is to Marriott! Their entire staff is truly a step above! Kudos to each of them! I say it often, your front line people are the face of your organization and this specific hotel does an epic job of amazing service to represent Marriott! Heartfelt gratitude to this hotel for making our visit so comfortable and enjoyable!

booked this hotel through Expedia, got the confirmation email and booking reference number. Upon arrival on February 7, 2023 the receptionist indicated that there was no reservation for me at this hotel. The manager said Expedia did not make the booking with the hotel. I spoke was an agent at Expedia who indicated that the Fairfield Inn had issues with the faucet in the two rooms that I booked. Eventually was offered another hotel at another location from Expedia since Fairfield Inn was booked out due to a conference. This is totally unacceptable, it was late, we drove for 12 hrs and to realize that no reservation was made even though I had the confirmation email and booking reference. Fairfield Inn I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. horrible experience, inconvenience caused since 3 families were split up, had to pay for parking at new hotel and for breakfast at new hotel. Totally

I am pleased to say that my stay at the Fairfield was very good! The rooms were clean, nice breakfast, and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family who may be visiting GA in this area.
