Holiday Inn Express Hotel Jacksonville North - Fernandina, an IHG Hotel

Clean and very spacious room. Accommodated me and my family greatly last minute after driving all day!

The woman at the front desk was amazing she was lovely so helpful and this was our first time At Holiday Inn we are diamond Hampton Inn customers. We will stay there again our son and family are 5 minutes.

Very clean - newer hotel - great location near new shopping areas and family

Our room was clean, but had a few issues. The fan in the bathroom over the tiolet leaked water so when you were using the restroom, water was dripping down on you. I was traveling alone with 2 kids and they put me at the back of the hotel on the lower floor, which I didn't like. I had packed a cooler for our 2 day trip, so when we arrived, I asked my 9 year old to put the things in the refrig. He didn't notice it was not turned on, so when we went to leave the next day the food was spoiled. mentioned this to the desk when I checked out and they just sad it was policy to unplug after every guest leaves. The unit was in a bookcase, so how are people suppose to do that? Why not let peole know that?
