Best Western Plus First Coast Inn & Suites

We came for a short anniversary and baby moon trip. We had a blast. We enjoyed the location. It has a gas station close by and plenty of drive thru restaurants for those midnight snacks/cravings 😉We will be returning :).

Recently renovated, my family enjoyed the pool and free breakfast.

The cabin itself met our family’s needs beautifully. The owners/managers included several welcoming touches, including a bottle of wine & chocolate. We finished a book by the fireplace (wood provided). We prepared two meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and even seasonings. There were two kinds of coffee pots. They were really set up for a lengthy, cozy stay. There were only a few issues, two of which were not their fault. The location was inconvenient to town. You’re in the Cherokee National Forest, so if you’re looking for convenient quick runs to the store or restaurants, you might consider somewhere closer to Bristol. (It was like a 25-min drive for us—not bad, but on the map it seemed closer than it was.) Also, the other properties on the same lane were rough looking. We didn’t have a beautiful view from the cabin’s porch. But the cabin itself was charming and lovely. Our daughter’s in a wheelchair, so the two steps into the cabin took both my husband and me. That applies to so few families, though. The final little trouble was that the hot water in the master shower came in and out, alternating between scalding and chilly—even when other faucets were turned off. My daughter didn’t have the same issue in her bathroom, she said. Overall, we were exceptionally pleased with our stay!

Our family always uses this hotel when traveling to the area. Employees are friendly, rooms are clean and the hotel has easy access to the expressway. The area has grown, so there are many amenities in the area now.

My stay here, at the Best Western was phenomenal. They are always polite and friendly. My kids and I are frequently here.

I am requesting a refund. Was checked into the room that I booked and it was dirty. No other rooms avaiable except king suite. Does not work for a family of 4. Was told I could just leave. It was 1:30 in the morning with 2 children and we just drove all day to get there. Awful situation. Will not stay here again and would not recommend. Please provide a full refund.

Breakfast was incredible!!! Very friendly Lady Linda Watson The one thing I realized the lady checking me in DID NOT tell me about points earned by staying three nights !! I know I’ll be visiting my family often and could benefit from the point usage

It was very nice me and ny family was very pleased with the room it was very clean. Only thing I suggest is fir breakfast to be a little longer maybe until 11am instead of 9:30. But I will definitely be booking again with you all and the staff is amazing.
