The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cliff was very genuine and made me feel welcomed and was very kind with helping us get a new room . We had a flaw with the initial room we checked and he was very quick to get us another room for the safety of our family. I also needed to use the business center and needed the ink replaced in the printer. Again Cliff to the rescue! The hotel physically is not great. The pool was mostly clean. The hot tub didn't work consistently. We had breakfast one morning and it was quick and pretty decent. I would stay again if I needed to be close to the airport.

The hotel was very nice! The room service was very good! The front desk employees were very accomodating (We arrived pretty early). The neighborhood was kind of scary though. The first night we were there someone was killed at the Waffle House a couple doors down, the second night we witnessed a police chase end at the hotel next to ours, with the police pulling their guns! Do not waste your money at the breakfast! Although there are a lot of options, you are far better off going across the street to the Denny's! The food at the hotel was very disappointing! And I thought that even though it is all you can eat, $8.95 for breakfast for someone like my husband and i to eat is VERY over priced! As we are not big eaters, my husband had a yogurt a banana and a coffee, I had tea and a bagel (which was awful). The kids were charged $5.95 and had a waffle each and milk. I would definately stay again if I am forced to visit the area again because the hotel itself was very nice! And I did feel safe while in my room! *I also LOVED the comforters on the beds!!!
