The A/C didn't work & the toilet didn't work. By the time we checked in and set the kids up in their beds it was too late to make a change because we had to be up for our flight in a few hours. We didn't think we'd have to worry about either of those things for the price that we paid. Hoping that they can rectify the situation

So the property is incredible but Expedia dropped the ball on my reservation. I got an e mail on the way there from Expedia that one of my rooms was cancelled- then called the hotel and they had no Expedia reservation for me at all. Luckily the hotel had two other rooms available. I was extremely upset as I was traveling for a family emergency. I will never book through Expedia again!

The window ac unit in the room smelled like mold. The hallways also had a moldy musty smell. I don't think the air in the room and hall ways was ever circulated with the outside air. There was a lot of noise (doors slamming) in coming from the hallway. There were broken child access locks on the gate to the pool.

Some staff went out of their way to be friendly and help. However my adult daughter and small child and I were lied to repeatedly about there being full dining service. We had no car because I found THIS hotel by the airport that promised a restaurant for 3 meals. We overheard the front desk telling others after day one that there was a three meal dining service. Not true for two days. They gave us a shuttle only to have a 45 minute waiting time on day two. There were barking dogs on one side of us and loud sex on the other. Thin walls obviously. The air conditioner did not work correctly blasting us out with no way to control it. The mattress was ridiculously soft. If you have a bad back then NO!

Hotel needs alot of upgrades and repairs. The front staff was not friendly and feel annoyed upon check in. Had to pay $8 for parking at the hotel which is ridiculous. During our last night around 8 when my kid was in the shower the water went out. Never had experience where the hotel would run out of water. Worst stay ever !

This hotel needs huge improvement and renovation. Very disappointing, should be classified as Single Tree if you see what I mean. Why does Hilton put its brand over this type of hotel? We had room 817, A/C noisy and connected with taped wires, very dangerous if you travel with young kids, bathroom door and balcony door have to be replaced, etc.. And it’s not cheap at all to sleep there! Totally overpriced. All A/Cs in corridors are as noisy as airplanes during takeoff

My stay started with a friendly smile over the phone with Trainika. She was very pleasant and extremely professional, when greeting us at check in. To meet her in person was the icing on the cake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ She tolerated my family. 😊 The entire staff was so accommodating. Jeanne in the restaurant was amazing. Jonathan and Latoya, front desk, were superb. If I missed anyone, my apologies because they were excellent also. The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable. Elevators need some speed. 🤭 We have no complaints! We shall return.

The room was clean, but the bathroom area was smaller than expected. This could be because it is designed for maybe a one person or a couple instead of family of 3.

Well my only concern is that when I booked the room I paid online and when me and my family got there one of the stuff asked me if we were going to need a ride to the airport in the morning and i said yes and I paid $25 more dollars after she told me that and I got confused because she didn’t said anything else. I came back to this hotel with my bf only to stay the night and when we got to the airport we asked someone how much was the taxi to take us to the hotel and this person told us it was free and I don’t understand why I paid extra $25 the first time. 😑
