Receptionist upon check in was very unfriendly. Then, at 9pm, I had to call the front desk because it sounded like there was a dance party above us with all of the stomping. This did nothing and it continued well into the night keeping my family awake. The rooms were so cold it felt like the blankets and sheets were damp.

We stopped on our way to Destin and it was a pleasant stay. We were able to get a suite so my whole family (5 of us) could stay in one room. We only stayed one night and didn’t eat the breakfast but if passing through, I would definitely stay here again.

We will not stay here again. We checked in around 7 pm and the internet was down the entire night. We couldn’t use our phones inside the hotel and the TV wouldn’t work without internet. Then the next day the city came by and closed the pool. This was not communicated to any guests ahead of time. We asked to leave for the night to find another hotel and the front desk told us we had to call Hotels.com. Hotels.com tried to get ahold of a manager for three days to approve the refund and could not. It feels like management completely ignored our request. We had three kids and make reservations based on pools, and in this case the pool wasn’t an option.

Our family over night get away was just what we needed and to have family come along made it more exciting and fun. Our stay at Springhill Suites was enjoyable, exciting, fun, adventurous and unforgettable.

It was nice because it was big enough for our family of 5. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast provided was nice. The TP dispenser was coming out of the wall and one of our comforters was stained. It worked for a night before we left for our cruise.

It was close to the airport, so it was convenient. The room was clean and organized , although it had quite a few imperfections. The management did make note that they’re renovating - which is great. The staff put on cartoons for our kids during the breakfast which I really appreciated and everyone was friendly!

This hotel is an average hotel . Really nice staff . My family stayed next door at a more expensive hotel and I didn’t see anything different. Very good breakfast

Meeting family group traveling for family funeral, this was a quick over night stay but suite was perfect space to be able to gather and visit before attending services, close to restaurants and worked well for traveling during this difficult time

By far one of the worst hotel stays for our family. We usually stop off in Jacksonville on our way up from Ft. Lauderdale to North Carolina. We booked SpringHill Suites based on star rating and proximity from I95. We are a family of 5, so we chose a room with 2 Queens and a trundle sofa. The room "felt" dirty as soon as we entered. The rug was visibly filthy, the sofa was stained with a white substance and the trundle mattress (if you could call it a mattress), which was undressed, was stained and smelled awful. My 10 year old son who was supposed to sleep there, slept with us instead which made for a horrible nights sleep for all three of us. This place made the top of out "DO NOT STAY" list. I should have taken photos for this review, but I couldn't get out fast enough.
