This was a quick overnight stay after flying into Jacksonville airport. It is very convenient to the airport and surprisingly didn't have aircraft flying over all night. Which is often a tradeoff for hotels so close to airport. Staff was very kind and helpful at checkin/checkout as well as a question I had. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Hotel shows a little age on it but not terribly dated as some can be. Only slight knock on the room was (as is often the case) the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable for anyone larger than a small child. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so can't speak to it's offerings or quality. Overall, a great place to get a night's sleep on your way to or from the airport.

My children found a box of condoms behind the tv stand. There was a missing drawer on the dresser, the microwave was dirty, and there was trash in the trash can when we got in the room. The breakfast was cold. We had to wander the property to find elevators because the staff gave us no directions. The staff were rude and demanded an additional $150 deposit when we got there. I walked to my room and found the front desk clerk leaning on the wall by my door. It was a horrible stay and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This was absolutely fine for a late-night, multi-delayed airplane arrival; too late to drive home with my daughter and grandchild so we checked in at 1:30pm, enjoyed the free breakfast and drove home refreshed the next morning. Cute little fountain at the front door!

Staff and manager was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were a great variety. My family and I always stay at this same hotel every time we come to Jacksonville.

I chose this hotel based on the reviews, and proximity to the airport. Hotel was clean, staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was really good! A little dated, meaning, no USB ports in our room, just fyi. It was a little late to check out the beach, so we went for dinner, and hit an upscale outdoor mall, Town Center, about a 15 min drive. Also, each floor had their own wifi! If you have kids this will be a hit.
