They never told us u have to request your house keeping. So room was clean at night. The restaurants were all closed. And the Pools were terrible. They limited you if you had children in the pool. Crazy. Can’t compare to our Hollywood Hardrock.

Overpriced and you have to walk thru the Smoking area to get to your Non-Smoking Room. Clothes smelled like cigarettes everytime we walked by. Definately not family friendly. Parking garage smelled like urine. Not impressed with room or facilities.

Not worth the price what so ever. The walls in the room are thin, and the food is overpriced and not good. To be a well known hotel, it didn’t live up to its name. I will not be returning and will be sure to tell my casino loving family members it’s not worth the trip. Disappointed. The hotels in Las Vegas were much cheaper and certainly more enjoyable than the Hard Rock in Tampa.

It was a good place to meet my family and have a good time I had a good time at the pool have a good time gambling enjoyed the restaurant I know it was a very nice room

The room size was nice. Pool area great! As soon as you walk into the lobby very Smokey. The person who checked us in was very unfriendly. The rooms are pricey but Overall i would stay again. Not kid friendly but fun for adults.

This place was so nice and clean! The hotel was spotless throughout the entire property, our room was sanitized prior to arrival. You could tell from the posted signs and the room smelled sanitized. The staff was super helpful, we did get lost at first because the property is so big. They offer you a map and the front desk staff even drew our path on it for us. There are tons of restaurants and activities, you could stay onsite and enjoy yourself all weekend.
As far as kids go, it is a casino, so there aren’t as many kid friendly activities, but it’s super close to all the theme parks and attractions. So you’d have no problem finding things to do with children.
The place is full of cigarette smoke though. It’s legal for individuals to smoke in the casino (anywhere games are played). There aren’t walls around the gaming areas, so the smoke can be smelled as you walk through the property. They do have smoke free gaming areas upstairs though. And they have smoke free rooms and floors in the hotel. My husband and I don’t smoke, but we didn’t notice the smell unless we were around the gaming floors.

This hotel has pros and cons. Unfortunately, the smoking casino is in the main lobby. The strong smoke hits you as you walk to check in. You have to walk through the smoking area to go to the elevators, restaurants, and gift shops. Although they have non-smoking upstairs it's frustrating to walk through that area and smell like smoke just to get to your room. The pool area is great! Only one small family pool - don't recommend for kids at all. One larger adult pool and a private vip pool area. The pool bar was great and the rooms are spacious and clean. If you go to gamble and are a smoker it's wonderful! If you are not a smoker I don't recommend it - they need a better ventilation system.

The hotel is very nice. My disappointment came after arriving after a 10 hr drive. Check in started at 4:00, we arrived at 4:30. We were kept waiting over a half hour due to them not being able to find my reservation, even after I provided them with screenshots of my booking through Expedia and actual email confirmation. There was seemingly no sense of urgency to fix this as I noticed the “Supervisor” assisting another customer 30 minutes later while my family and I still stood around the reservation area waiting. I did however receive a $50 credit after requesting a better room. I hate parking lot views!! I guess someone has to get it…never again though for almost $600 a night😡
