Room very nice and all the staff were great. Breakfast food is awful and noise level is very loud. Doors slamming all night kids running. I would not stay here again

My family and I enjoyed the amenities the hotel offered and the front desk personnels were great. David, in particular, was very helpful. There was also a female attendant, but I unfortunately can’t recall her name. The hotel overall is great and clean. A few downsides was a few towels appeared to have hair on them (head and possibly pubic) and even though the bathroom door feature looks pretty amazing, it doesn’t close completely, therefore, there’s a huge gap in between so it’s not privacy friendly, especially when sharing the room with a young child. Overall, I would stay again.
