We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn. Our room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. While using one of the hotel infant cribs, we noticed that a piece of the crib at come apart. We could not figure out how to fix it ourselves, so a staff member came to look at it. She submitted a maintenance order, and the crib was fixed later that day. Overall it was a great experience at this hotel.

I booked this hotel because the rating is 9.5/10, and I chosen it although the price is almost twice of nearby hotel, but after stay for a night, I felt really disappointed. I was surprised how they got such high rating. When you enter the entrance, you can smell strong bad odor. The room is ok cleaning, but they only provide two batch towels in the room. if you have a family, it definitely not enough, if you want to get more towels, you have to go to front desk to ask, they don't deliver the towel for you because they said they are busy or lack of staff. In addition, the bath tub is really slippery, my son fell down due because super slippery, it might because the tub have been used for too long time without changing it. The hotel is really closed to the high way and bridges, and you can hear the noise from highway clearly in the room. In general, it is definitely not a good choice for the price.

Very Clean Hotel, loved the soaps available. Bed was very comfortable. We had a family of 5 coming so they knew we would need pull out, but linens and towels were not prepared for 5 people. That is the only thing that needed improvement. I did have to go down to desk and wait for linens to be brought to me but the clerk was very sweet and helpful in getting them for me.

I stayed here for 2 nights on business. The hotel is located right off a main highway which was convenient for me. The staff was friendly and the hotel was new clean and updated. For those Reasons the hotel was perfect. I would not Necessarily recommend to a family wanting more to offer outside
