I went with my family for the weekend and the stay at this hotel was great. Chelsea was so kind and helpful. ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others ! 😁

Upon entering the room there was a smell - like dirty feet. Mold in all corners of the shower. The floor was pasty like - as if a cleaning product had been half attempted without decent rinse. The AC needed cleaning. The elevator sounded horrible and appeared the inspection was pass due. Wont stay there again. The gentleman at the breakfast area did a good job accommodating all guests. Staff at the front desk were very nice but we were there at a shift change and the employee leaving was all about his departure and not our arrival. I booked two rooms for the evening and my family member in the other room felt the same..

The front desk female, possibly manager, had extra towels, a pillow, and blankets waiting for us upon check in because she knew we had a large family. We had an issue with the ac but it was feeling like 104 so it wasn't their fault. She moved us to another room right away! Then my Juana asked later in the night if they had milk we could buy for our son and the young man at the desk tried to give us his own milk which was super kind. This hotel was great because the staff were amazing!

I stayed here last year and it was wonderful. This year so much cleaner and dirt left on the entryway and bathroom floor you slid all over the place. I used a washcloth to clean and it was filthy. Nightstands dirty also. Embarrassing as i choose the hotel for our family outing. My sons room had dirty cleaning clothes in it and I’m sure it was just as dirty.

I have to say, just checking in was very stressful. I called their website phone number the morning of check-in because I wanted to know what the hold would be for incidentals at their check-in as anyone who travels a bit would do. and they looked up my reservation and told me that I did not have a hold amount for incidentals but when I get to the hotel, Dillan had requested a $250 hold for incidentals on my room for two nights. My mother, sister, nieces all reserved rooms for a family memorial day adventure at Busch Gardens.

Overall, it was okay. It was anything special that stuck out, just an okay place to sleep. Not very kid friendly when it came to breakfast selection, tv selection and the way the rooms are laid out.

Found the staff and the hotel to be very accommodating. My experience with the staff was very satisfying because they made every attempt to meet my requests for my families' stay at their hotel. I would most definately rate my experience and my families' at the hotel as a very pleasant and satisfying one. Top rate hotel, as well as the staff being very professional and kind. Definately two thumbs up!
