Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa Busch Gardens Area

We arrived early from Orlando and received a lovely welcome from the reception lady (sorry didn't catch the name) but our room was not ready but she allowed us to store our cases and go and enjoy the park. We always had a welcome chat and smile with the same lady in the mornings and she was a delight, kept it real and was always helpful. We had a family room on the 4th floor which had been newly renovated and was a very comfortable size for our party of 5. Had all we needed for a couple of nights stay with Busch Gardens being our main reason to visit - this is the closest hotel to the park. Only thing of concern was there was damage to our door right near the door lock. We honestly cannot recall if this was there on check in or if it was old damage. There are however safes available from reception on request. The hotel is located next to the busy highway but at night we were not disturbed by any noise. They offer a shuttle service to the park entrance but it only ran to 6pm and the park was open to 9pm during our visit and we had free parking at the park in any case. Parking and breakfast included on the rate which is always welcome and general location is very good being walking distance to places like KFC and McDonald's. They are currently renovating other floors too so eventually it looks like all rooms will be nice and refreshed. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was very clean, staff were extremely polite and helpful, they have a shuttle to Busch Gardens and my family and I had a great experience. The breakfast is amazing and complete.

We called ahead 3 different days to request baby crib and when we got to the hotel they didn’t have any either care about it. I didn’t have a place to put my baby to sleep. It was alao inconvenient because they didn’t have milk at the hotel.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights, the staff could not have been better. We had a few extra things we needed and they were more than willing to accommodate. They helped us with food recommendations. The room was a very large space sleeping all 6 of us, it was tucked back in a quiet spot which we were very grateful for. The hotel was 110% packed with many different things going on and kids were everywhere but from where I was staying you would have never known it.

Great stay for our family. Plenty of room, clean and quiet. Located directly across from Busch Gardens with many easy food options close by.

Very convenient for families going to B. Gardens, includes free breakfast and then shuttle will take you to the parks and pick you up.

Other guests kids were calling room and knocking on doors. This is beyond their control and we didn’t complain since ultimately was coming from kids and it doesn’t harm anyone .

The staff was amazing. Pam was super sweet and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Keith with the shuttle was also super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Property is less than 5 mins. away from Busch Gardens Tampa. Breakfast meal is wondeful especially they serve hot breakfast. The only downside is that, there’s not enough seating area. They were able to accommodate me and family for early check in as well. We really had a pleasant stay and the staff are wonderful!!!

This was a great spot for visiting Busch Gardens (right across the street.) I appreciated te accommodation of letting us check in early. The room was clean, had plenty of space for our family of 4 and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were especially grateful for the free shuttle to and from Busch Gardens…this saves a lot of money for parking!
