To start the lady at check in started off maybe monotone or tired but her attitude did change and we felt welcome. The bed is not comfortable but I was able to get some sleep. The hotel is still undergoing renovations but not an issue. The room was beautiful only issue on our last night a roach was on the room door it may have been carried in by another guest as it was the only one we saw. We only ate a muffin and danish on our 1st day so can't give opinions on breakfast .Bob Evans is only a short drive away . I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Both desk and breakfast staff could use some customer service training. Place undergoing some renovations but that’s really being managed well. Room and guest areas clean and comfortable. I went to breakfast at 9:15 (open till 10am) and there wasn’t much to choose from. No waffle batter, eggs, fruit. One chocolate muffin (cupcake really) and a few pieces white bread. Sad part, when I asked for fruit I was told “I’m not allowed to out more out. There was plenty at 7am!” I stay there for location not breakfast but there were some very disappointed families with children. I wanted to take a run to McDonald's or Waffle House for them.

The property was good for the price. They weren’t doing housekeeping daily which was annoying because that’s something you look forward to on vacation is to have a tidy room. I wish that was something I knew before I booked. Also had to keep going downstairs to grab towels we were traveling with a few children and they weren’t able to bring towels up. The curtain rod in the room was not leveled so the curtain kept opening up while showering. Mainly it just seemed like they were understaffed but the property was well kept besides that and the pool area was nice but the pool furniture desperately need to be replaced.

I had a horrific stay at this location. The cleaning was only done on every third day of the stay per outdated COVID-19 guidelines. I requested and was denied assistance in cleaning in the interim. Having four children in diapers, the trash was spilling out of every corner of my room and I received no assistance upon request. When my son urinated in the pull-out bed, I was told that the sheets could not be replaced because my room was not due for a cleaning so he had to sleep with towels on top of urine for 2 days. Demetrius was flippant and disrespectful to my concerns and despite 3 separate attempts (including notes in my room's account at the front desk) to speak with the hotel manager, Tricia, she never contacted me. It was a stressful and demeaning experience that ruined my vacation.

Hi We booked three nights for 5 people, but the sofabed for the 5. Person was impossible to sleep on, all springy and horrible. When I mentioned this at reception the answer was: “yes, they can be hard” ?! Futhermore the air con worked full blast or nothing, so quite an unplesant three nights with three kids….. The worst experience. We have never had a more difficult time checking in. The concierge was rude and the manager didn’t even want to help. I understand the hotel was overbooked due to a Kenny Chesney concert, that was not my fault or my families. We didn’t even the room for the night because they over booked it.
