Love it definitely staying here again. Only thing was breakfast it's more like a snack, other that that perfect place for families

Double queen beds rooms were spacious for a family of 4 & very clean

The person who checked us in was so kind and caring she truly made our whole visit! Thank you so much from the potter family room 205! ♥️♥️

The hotel was very clean and simple no carpet and plenty room loved the microwave and refrigerator and there was a small stove top that would be great for a family wanting to cook first time staying at this brand of hotel and I would recommend the one in Tampa Fla

I checked into the hotel and immediately noticed the room was not nice at all. My husband, (Im Marie and Don is my husband )said he paid for an upgrade for a bigger room. I was so disappointed.in the room and the service at the front desk. Had to wait a VERY long time to check in . I was in the room for not even an hour when I had to check out and told the woman at the front desk I couldn’t stay (family problem). I got charged for the room. No money back. I sat in the room for one hour only.

We went as a Sports Team and booked as a team. The front desk Jaqueline was very rude and disrespectful, from one moment to the next room a negative with our families. We were sitting outside in the family area, doing the same as another team near us, we got kicked out and told to clean up. Cops were called - claiming we couldn’t have a party- mind you another team was having the same “party” within less than 10 feet from us - they were allowed to continue with their loud music and constant noise. The breakfast was ridiculous - it was not enough for the guests at the hotel - we ended up not even being able to get any. The room was clean but the service was horrible. It is sad that a chain of hotels as this one gave us such bad treatment. As a team and group of families we will not be staying at any of these hotels. Definitely not recommending to stay here.
