I booked two rooms at this hotel. Check-in time is 4pm but when I arrived at 4:30pm my rooms were not ready. I waited patiently until 5:15pm when one of my rooms was ready. They offered me a second room on a different floor but we were traveling with children and requested to be on the same floor. My second room wasn’t ready until 6:15pm. When I complained about the late check-in to the customer service women she told me she offered me a room on a different floor and that a room on the same would take a while. If check-in starts at 4pm shouldn’t all the rooms be ready by then?

Room very small, people at front desk not welcoming, does not have complementary parking, lack of privacy since other guests can easily look into your room. Not recommended for families.

Close to many restaurants. Beautiful pool Area. Great hotel for anniversaries or birthdays. Not so kid friendly , which is nice of your having an adult weekend!

Very lively late on a Friday night, area has clubs and scantily clad party goers around. Got in late and was able to checkin to a nice clean room with ease and walk to nearby open restaurants and 7/11 for snacks. I will be back just maybe without the kids they were traumatized by the naked party ppl walking by.

Phenomenal property, absolutely stunning. We were there for a family visit and unfortunately our room wasn’t ready for 1.5 hours after our check in time. Not great with kids and luggage. And no apology or offer of a free drink or snack. Otherwise staff was pretty good.

This hotel is beautiful and trendy and still very comfortable. The staff is really amazing. The location was perfect for us. I stayed with my family of 4 and we all loved it! We will be staying here again!

Hotel Haya was such a pleasure to stay at. Every member of the staff was so incredibly nice, accommodating and made you feel a part of the family. The rooms are very nice, styled cool and clean. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable

This hotel is beautiful. Decor is gorgeous, loved everything, color palette, tile choice, fixtures are amazing! Lobby restaurant and pool area also very pretty. Location is convenient to explore Ybor City, which has lots of places to eat and bars as well. We were dropping our kid at USF and wanted to stay in a place with places to do - and this was perfect. Later at night in Ybor City though it can get somehow sketchy with the crowd - but nothing really alarming, just to be aware of.
