Very clean and friendly hotel. Spent one night with my family and we felt very comfortable.

Nice, new hotel. Quiet and safe! Nice rooftop pool the kids enjoyed! Parking garage was nice of a little cramped.

It was perfect for my family and I, beautiful safe area, and close to the port for our cruise 🚢

Overall it was a good experience, the location is perfect, very walkable, and the hotel was very clean and breakfast was great with many options. However some of the staff could use a bit more training on how to interact with customers. We were a group of 2 families staying for the night (4 adults with 3 little kids). In the morning we went to breakfast and there was no table large enough to sit all of us with the kids so we put 2 open smaller tables together. Multiple staff walked by us and loudly started talking amongst themselves about “those people moved the tables, they better be putting those back.” Yes our plan was to put the table back after we leave…not a big deal, so not sure why they need to rudely talk ABOUT US in front of us. The morning of check out (11am check out time) we were packing up, all our bags were outside right in front of our door in the hallway. My husband was taking loads of bags to our car with our 3 year old, while I was I inside the room still because our baby was still sleeping. I was just about to transfer him to the stroller when I get a knock on the door at 11:03! Literally 3 minutes after check out. I open the door and an employee is standing there in between my bags that are packed and on the ground outside the door, and she asks me if I’m checking out today. I say yes I’m literally about to walk out the door. As you can clearly see my bags are outside!! Just small terrible service things that would go a long way if fixed.

Loved this hotel! No question we would stay here again if we were in Tampa again. We booked on a whim just to stay near the arena for a hockey game and it was perfect. Very easy to walk to food and entertainment down by the water as well as a couple blocks from the free trolley. We found out it’s a very busy hub for people heading out on cruises but the staff are amazing at handling the volumes of people passing through on a busy day. I can’t say enough about the staff especially the amazing ladies at the breakfast and the cleaning staff. They had the entire place looking impeccable the entire 4 nights we were there. Our kids found the rooftop pool really fun and the water was a nice temperature. The only thing that could make the area better is a hot tub but there’s not the room. Because of all the cruise guests passing through our kids made new friends every night at the pool which was fun to see. We had a city view 2 queen room and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Lots of space and the wall hooks for clothes and plug ins everywhere around the room were so convenient. The only tiny criticism I have is the sheets and mattress covers didn’t fit well on the beds so you continually had to pull them back onto the mattresses but that would be a simple fix. The beds themselves were quit comfortable. Kudos to all the great staff. Keep it up. It makes the difference.

I was super impressed the moment I walked in the door with the staff. They were super friendly, and extremely helpful!! I was so relieved to see how clean our room was, and the hotel in general. It was my best nights sleep in any hotel I’ve ever been to, and I’ve traveled for volleyball and soccer with my family. I even called the hotel to see what mattresses they use , or if it was a topper, or simply a quilted mattress pad. Unfortunately it’s a Hampton thing!!!

Very clean and very nice hotel. Great stay as a family. They offer shuttle to the cruise port which is a plus.

Everything was excellent. Very kind and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

I would say overall would recommend it was very clean, staff was very friendly and efficient, breakfast has a good array of things, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice too for a hotel. HOWEVER I will say due to someone feeling the need to drive down the street all night racing and revving my family and I barely got any sleep. We had a room that was facing the main road there so maybe if we were on the other side it may have been different? Otherwise great stay.
