Brightwater Suites on Clearwater Beach

What a charming hotel! One block off the beach, a few yards away is one of the number one hot spots at night for live chill music and great appetizers at CoCo’s! The rooms are clean and super quiet. Great pools and super staff! We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed one more night. I absolutely can’t wait to come back. Funny, we are locals and staycation here! It’s an absolute charming adult hotel ( not a good place for family’s with kids really IMO. Rooms are sweet and small but so clean and updated just adorable!! Coffee and tea all day/night in the office and ice machine. AC is ice cold and I appreciate they have dehumidifier in the rooms as it’s so humid on the coast your rooms nice and dry. The GM was absolutely fantastic and just so friendly! Can’t say enough about our stay!! You can even get a massage by the pool or your room if you choose! Excellence service. Close to everything. 15 min walk max to pier 60 and all the fun boats etc. you will not be disappointed if looking for a quality stay in a safe and clean environment that’s not 350+ a nigh this is your place! Walk to the beach and have breakfast at Crabbys!! 2for1 bloody Mary’s or Mimosas and incredible food!! Can’t beer them for lunch and dinner. Hit all 4 of them so so good! Stay away from Frenchys they have gone down hill so bad….

We loved this property. The pool was great, the rooms were nice and clean. The only thing I'd suggest is if you have little ones, maybe choose somewhere else only due to no bathtub. We figured it out but it was awesome other than that!!!! Hoping to stay again in the future when the kids are a little older.

We had a great time. I brought my 16 year old grandson on vacation. Devon Shores was clean and family oriented. The pool and atmosphere were great. We will visit again.

the room was so spacious and clean! the pools were big and clean, our teenage kids really enjoyed it! property is small but the room sizes are great, and it was about a five min walk to the beach which was perfect! we really enjoyed it and would absolutely book Devon Shores again!

From check in to check out, everything was fantastic-the friendly staff, super clean and updated room, location was walkable to everything!! We didn’t use the pools but they looked awesome. I went to ask for a wine opener and they also provided a real wine glass, well stocked kitchen area in the lobby was an unexpected plus!! We will definitely return. Our family stayed at the Avalon Club last year and it was great, but we only had 2 traveling this time and Devon Shores was perfect for my daughter and me. Definitely recommend!!!

This is a great place to come with kids because the pool is literally two steps from your door. This is a no-brained: I would easily return! So cute and nicely updated. One street away from the bay and one block from the beach. Just great.

Absolutely amazing! Would stay here again for sure ! Had a 3 bedroom room and was very spacious . Coffee was amazing and available 24/7 . My kids (5 and 8 )loved the pool !

Devon shores was a great find to host out of towners for a family get together. The rooms were remodeled beautifully and the management and staff were exceptional! Loved the various outdoor areas too including the 2 pools. We will definitely return! I highly recommend it to others

Because the weather was not ideal, we vowed to come back. This hotel couldn’t be any cuter. It’s location to numerous dining options, bars, the beach and the marina was perfect for a couple or small family.

Charming hotel, clean and modern! The heated pool was a nice touch. The hotel was quiet and family friendly. Staff was friendly. Close proximity to the beach, Starbucks, and plenty of other amenities. Beds were decently comfortable. Heat pumps in the rooms keep it at a steady temperature. Full kitchen in the family suite was great. Great stay and the price is very reasonable.
