Nice family trip. Old but good.

Easy check-in, pleasant, and accommodating staff. Lots of restaurant options. Great couples or family property.

Me and family enjoyed our stay

Our first night at the resort, we were in a room that was located near the lobby. They had live music going on until midnight (guests singing along at the top of their lungs as well) and then once that finally stopped, the fire alarm went off at 2 am and I had to take my two young kids outside in the cold. Our resort view room also looked directly into a wall. Not much of a view. I complained to the front desk the next morning for the terrible first night saying that they advertise themselves as a family friendly resort. They willingly let us move to one of their cottages and keep our original room rate. The cottage was a short drive from the main building, easy parking. The cottage was great we absolutely loved it and will be coming back again next year! The pool was so much fun for the kids and relaxing for me.

Amazing, family-friendly resort with the cleanest atmosphere and friendliest most helpful staff. Five star experience and can't wait to go back again in the future!

We stayed at the hotel and it was perfect for our family of 3. The pool was perfect for kids to play independently. Grocery store was across the street (we had a car). The only issue was our bathtub got clogged but the front desk moved our room- and provided an upgrade. Only downside was cost of onsite dining- but worth it for the convince of shorter visit. We will stay here again if we visit.

The PGA Resort is just lovely. The staff was very accommodating and rooms, hotel and grounds were lovely. The only bummer was that the children's play areas and ice cream parlor were not open during the week and the kids would have liked to check that out.

Spent two nights is two rooms with our family and dog. Never have I seen so many dogs in a hotel as many families evacuated from the storm path. Every aspect of this hotel was excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff, excellent rooms, bed and bathroom. The onsite restaurants were excellent and the proximity to shops and restaurants is hard to beat!

We really enjoyed this resort. The pool was amazing and clean, with plenty of available chairs anytime we arrived. Ordered a frozen pina colada and it was one of the worst I’ve had. It wasn’t creamy, but just like a slushy and didn’t taste good. But the bartender made me a new drink with no question or fuss so that was nice. There was a lot of construction going on, and a big pile of construction debris in front of our cottage which wasn’t great, especially with two little kids in tow. Our cottage was nice and spacious though the floors were a bit dirty. Food at the restaurants was great. Very tasty. Service was a bit slow. Was disappointed to see the ice cream shop close at 6. We will return for sure, maybe next time without the kiddos lol.

I really like the hotel is amazing you can pass a weekend and I promise you will relax but i didn't like the we cant put a small because the manager came and turn it off with out saying anything to me or my family so he touch my stuff to turn off the speaker and when i ask him what are you doing he just said I'm JUST DOIBNG MY JOB and I don't think a guest can have that respond from one of the manager and the other this is small pets litte pet was sitting net to me in the pool area and with out telling me anything they call the security guards and there was like 4 people to tell me i couldn't have the dog in the pool area sitting net top me. for me this hotel need to change the way they treat people other than that its amazing.
