We stayed for 7 nights visiting family over Christmas. Hotel was terrific- staff friendly and pool area was great - we made lots of use of it! We would stay again for sure if we are in area again!

I booked a room at the last minute because my husband was in an accident and at the ICU nearby. The first person I spoke with was so amazing and allowed me to check in at ten am so I could leave my teenage kids as they were not allowed in the ICU. However, when I had to call later and ask to be connected to my room, Anne Marie was not kind and it really made a tough situation even more stressful because I was too afraid to call and check on my kids as to not annoy her again. I just wish people realized the impact their bad attitudes can have. I mean I guess it all worked out because I just booked three more nights with them, but I left my kids at a friends so I won't have to call the hotel again.

Great two night stay in two rooms for a family of four total. It was mostly clean except for a small questionable stain mark on one of the sheet covers. Otherwise, everything else was very good. The location is great next to a gas station and right off 95 freeway.
