Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard

When my family and I arrived at the property check-in was slow due to one person being at the desk. Then we got off the elevator, our room was right outside the elevator. At first, we thought this was a great idea……we thought wrong. We heard kids running up and down the hallway all night. Then the next morning, we heard housekeepers talking very loudly. The room itself was nice and clean; however, the room did not have sheets, blankets, and pillows for the sofa bed. We also didn’t have an equal amount of towels and washcloths. The shower did not provide enough water pressure and the water drainage was very slow. Overall, the room was below average to average. Today as we were leaving the property, we noticed the AC vents by the elevator were very dusty. There were also empty to-go cups by the elevator. Overall, our overnight stay was below average to average. We’re glad it was just for one night.

The staff and property were great! My family really enjoyed staying here. The only thing I’d recommend is for the rooms and bathrooms to be updated and remodeled.

We stayed just one night. The hotel was full of little league baseball players and families. It was pretty loud all day long. We didn’t know there was a huge little league field by the hotel. Our room was fine, comfortable clean. Went to use hot tub and it was packed, no one in pool, but pool was dirty (looked like every kid was in there all day) The location was perfect and convenient. Not romantic but was there for what we needed.

The hotel lobby is lovely, there was no heat anywhere and it was freezing in the lobby and the room was frigid. Since it was cold outdoors also, the vacation was disrupted. We spoke with all of the desk staff and they agreed totally. We asked for the manager but did not get a call. We are having family stay there this week and totally told them the situation. I also have good friends going the beginning of March and have told them the situation. I dont know what they will decide to do. The bathroom was totally dangerous. I am 80 years old and decided not take anymore showers because I didnt want to fall. The location is the best so maybe you can do something about the rest. Shelley Lynnworth

Well-located property near I95 and Florida Turnpike, right on PGA blvd, with access to great restaurants nearby. Check-in was a bit rough in the sense that I was assumed that I knew about the deposit and parking fees,.so the person checking me in did not care to explain. My Hilton Honors number in the system was different from mine, and did not bother to check my status (I've stayed at several Hilton properties in the past year, so I know my number and my status, and what was shown in her screen was incorrect). It was late at night with 2 tired kids, so just wanted to get to the room. Property is well-kept with a pool, hot tubs, restaurant/bar, a gift store and a gym. Room is divided between a living with a couch (extremely hard), and a main room with king bed and bathroom. Next time I'd rather pick a 2-bed room than a 2-bedroom with couch. The room is kind of noisy all night due to AC I believe. Restaurant staff and chef are amazing and understanding, loved them. Besides check in and room, great stay.

Unable to check in an hour early without a $35.00 fee, not informed of parking charges during booking , toilet not functioning and needed attention late at night upon arrival when we were exhausted. Honor drinks were at a designated time so we were not able to benefit from the promotion. Being dehydrated by arriving from a climate change, at least water at arrival would have been hospitable gesture instead of being told that that the honors drinks reception would be missed due to the hotels policy in the time constraints. If a $35 fee for an early check-in could have waived these concerns could have been rectified earlier. There also were no blankets and no pillows for the pull out couch. If an individual is exhausted and woke up at 3am to catch an early flight to Florida and could not check in early due to meeting family from out of state for dinner ...to come back and not have drinks, pillows, blankets, a malfunctioning toilet, additional parking fee, a blunt receptionist at the front desk bothered by our inquires questionably due to that fact that she was reading a book... Also for a Hilton member to text a patron during the day when time was limited due to an event; It was taxing finding the time to reflect on these incidents during your first day in Florida. In addition, it was difficult to put into words when trying to enjoy the first day of my yearly vacation.

Terrible experience, after driving long hours to get there , my family and I finally arrived at 12: 10 am . We went to check to found the receptionist talking on her personal cell phone for more than 20 min . When she finished and was ready to help us , she told us that the room we reserved was not available ( a doble bed with sofa bed ) and that the only room available was a king bed . We are a party of 5 ( my mom , 2 kids , husband and I ) . How do 5 people fit on a king bed .Her excuse was that they have a large party of people earlier and that we reserved the room at 11 pm ( I booked the room in the afternoon around 2 pm ) but anyways if they sell a room to me , they are not supposed to resell again to another party because we haven’t arrived there . Very disrespectful.

The room was clean and ready upon arrival. The front desk was not accommodating and ended up costing us to pay for an extra night. I tried to get the key at noon for a family member that was arriving at 6 PM. They wanted to charge $50 for the “early check in” even though no one would need the room until after 6 PM.

This property should be removed from your list. I drove 6 hours to get here, we arrived at 8pm, and were informed the hotel was oversold, when I checked my voicemail I realized I had received a call at 7:15pm to tell me the hotel was oversold. This is not ok. I was left stranded to fend for myself at 8pm with two small children who just wanted to go to sleep. I will never use Expedia again. Also, there was nobody at check in, after 10 minutes I walked over the the bar where I was informed to just wait… Just wait for a $330 room that didn’t exist. Crazy!
