Palm Beach Gardens Marriott

We went for a family trip. Everything was excellent. Clean and good service.

Spent the weekend visiting nearby family. Convenient to I 95. Rooms very comfortable, staff very accommodating. Great breakfast buffet, comfortable lobby bar. Pool/hot tub area very nice, altho a bit noisy due to proximity to highway. Would definitely stay there again. Just about everything you would expect from a Marriott property.

I had to quarantine and I selected to stay at this hotel I was there for one week out of the week there was no television in the room for five out of the seven days every time I called the desk the only response was there working on it no attempt was made to provide a free movie no attempt was made to move to a different room since after when I checked out I was told that half of the hotel had TVs that were working the manager was very rudeThe assistant manager as well was rude one of the concierge was helping me and she literally snatched my key card out of the other employees hand and said she would handle me since I had the issues the only positive note that I have is that the room was comfortable and I was able to recuperate although y’all might want to consider either getting more Bon Voy commercials because when it’s on the loop and you’re stuck in a room with no TV it gets very annoying when there’s only four bon voyage propaganda constantly replaying for 24 hours they could’ve definitely done something to accommodate my needs knowing that I was there for an entire week I will definitely not be staying at this location again and I will definitely not refer any of my friends or family and anybody who has asked me about my stay I have definitely told them about the accommodations that were given
