My Family and I stayed at the doubletree was amazing. It was our family reunion weekend. Everything was awesome. The staff is amazing, the room was so clean, smell clean. Everything was awesome and I Can't wait to go back. Thank you

The staff was very incomprehensible I was there with my family wife and 2 kids and we was expecting get the breakfast and they only says that it’s not included, I’m sure the I read wen I was doing the reservation but they only says to me that I have to pay 100$ extra for the breakfast , by the way I pay almost 300$ at night , and they don’t let me get a buffet breakfast ? Eggs and bread? That’s very disappointed

Checked in towels for only one person. Came back at night 3 baby roaches in the tube. We requested a smoke free room and both nights had to sleep with the rancid stench of Marijuana creeping thru the door from the room next to us. The carpeting is dingy and when we firstly stepped in the room there was a musty smell.

The place was very nice and the staff was great. My only issue was that I paid for a room with two queen beds, but was put in a room with 1 king bed. I only stayed one night so it wasn't that big of a deal, but definitely would've prefered 2 beds so my kid didn't have to sleep with me and my wife. Other than that the place was great and I would recommend Doubletree to any of my friends. I stayed at Doubletree by Hilton on a few occasions and they're always great.

Staying at the PGA Double Tree was a pleasant experience. My favorite staff were waiters Robert and Margie along with driver, Ed and front desk staff, Jeimey and Renee. Overall the staff were pleasant and the food was simply delicious. The amenities were great!!! I loved the fact that my family and I had room service every morning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! ( 5 stars)

Terrible service, request a room for two adults and a child, the sofa bed had no sheets, no towels and no toilet supplies and the place did not provide good service

The hotel is comfortable, older but refurbished. The AC unit was incredibly loud but this blocked the noise from the exit ramp that our room faced. Two days we came home after long days of caring for our grandchildren to find that either our room had not been cleaned at all or was unsatisfactory. We notified the front office and they were very kind to bring towels, etc but it was very interrupting since we were ready to go to bed and had to wait for them . One day a dirty wet towel was left on the bed.. The bed. The staff was sympathetic but seemed perplexed and unable to resolve.
