We got suit room which is only few dollars more then regular room price, but room was big has a separate bathroom with huge bath tube, shower and 2 toilets, perfect for family stay. Breakfast was included to fare, wifi free, 2 TV as well, we were vary happy.

Stayed there because it was near a family member at the hospital. Staff did not communicate that I was granted late check out after I checked in late, after 11 pm on Christmas Eve. Housekeeping ignored my DND sign and opened door while I was undressed, out of the shower. Not to mention everything from WiFi to breakfast was an ordeal. Stayed with Hilton expecting certain level of experience. Did not include my HH number because I had other things on my mind with a family member in the hospital over Christmas. I should not have to use my HH number to get decent service. Ghastly.

We stayed 2 nights while in Palm Beach Gardens for a family event. Very pleasant and clean hotel. Two factors that kept me from giving it a5 star overall review. 1. Housekeeping is only every other day. I don't need my bed made or room cleaning every day but it would be nice to have coffee service refreshed daily. 2. Air conditioner was a little bit loud when it cycled on and off. Not terrible but I am a light sleeper. Also a ceiling fan to help distribute the cool air would be nice. As an indicator of how important these are to me, we stayed at this same hotel a month ago and cheerful came back this time.

The stay was overall comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool but we had to clean the debris and bugs out each day.

We love the Hampton Inn, great location, very friendly staff, secure area, family oriented. However, the quality the breakfast complimentary is lacking. Thank you.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. It was just a place to rest our heads after spending time with family. But we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is! The staff were all so kind, there was no parking drama, and the room was surprisingly roomy and comfortable. What a pleasure to stay here. The breakfast was great both days, even though we arrived later in the breakfast time frame. Overall and exceptional stay!

The hotel is pretty great, family oriented, close to everything you want to do in palm beach. Ms. Maria is truly an excellent employee, she always has a smile, very welcoming, and a great resource. Hampton inn is very lucky to have her.
