Holiday Inn Express & Suites, International Drive, an IHG Hotel

There were a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms could have been cleaner, like the floor for example. Check-in went extremely smooth and staff were great. Typical continental breakfast and lots of seating. Saw quite a few families as well.

The hotel is not bad the location is good, but right now it’s too busy too noisy you can’t relax or rest people talking to loud kids screaming in the next room wake up us at 5:30am. Thank you! We not deserve that…

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this hotel the short time we were there. Everything is close to the universal parks and a lot of restaurants and family activities in the area. Would definitely book here again.

We arrived Friday evening and the girl and guy at the desk greeted us warmly and friendly. Each time we went in and out for our whole stay those same people saw us and again were so friendly. There were a large group of band kids staying at the hotel from Georgia and your staff did such a great job so as not to have it affect our stay at all. Kudos to your breakfast staff who hustled around every morning and were all on top of their game, as well as friendly and helpful. Thank you for the beautiful weekend.

Very noisy, kids running around in room above us for hours, starting at 6am. Spoke to front desk, they said they would try to move us later. Never heard back from them or manager which we also emailed. $280 for a very noisy stay. Water pressure was very low as well.

This is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but it is poorly designed with the bathroom stuck in between the small make belief kitchen and 1 bedroom. The bathroom doesn't close properly so people's privacy at risk with 2 entrances There is no cutlery cups, bowls or plates or towels in the bathroom. Kitchen is completely empty. There is no where to eat your food but there is a sofa. Virtually unfurnished. The floor has 1 inch ledges so it was very dangerous to trip for elders or kids. We left 3 days early as we didn't want to stay in this place anymore. For what you pay there is more variety available and better. Very dissatisfied

We - 2 adults, 2 kids - stayed here 2 nights. The room was very clean, spacious, and the sofa bed was the most comfortable hotel sofa bed we have ever experienced. A full set of bedding and sheets were provided upon request. Breakfast was also one of the best breakfasts we have ever experienced in this price range: several hot options (bacon, sausage, omelets, a pancake maker...) and open until 9:30 am. It got very crowded though, and although the staff was working as fast as they could, everything was running out constantly, and then there'd be a wait. The pool was a nice size, with sun chairs, but too cold for us to swim. The hot tub was warmer but still not hot tub temperature. They were working on that our second night there. Parking was free, seemed quite safe, and there was plenty of spaces. The hotel is located within walking distance of a ton of restaurants, shops, etc. and just a short drive from most everything. I think there's a shuttle service too but we didn't take advantage of that.

The elevator was dirty, the room was smelly and the towels and sheets were hard and rough. My family broke out from the sheets. Thank god it was a one night stay to catch a flight.

The room/suite was a nice size layout for my family of four. Nice rooms. Mom stayed next door in a suite. She was impressed with hers as well.

This stay was conpletely terrible. The room was not handicap accessible at all eventhough I called the hotel to verify we wouod be getting an accessible room. We have 2 handicap people so just to use the low toilet with not even an assist bar we needed help and it said roll in showerand there wasn’t one so we were unable to shower. There was 2 towels and one wash cloth for 6 people. For thr pull out couch bed there was no bedding or pillows. If it hadn’t been midnight when we arrived we would have left and went to a different hotel. We had to calll tbe front desk and ask for towels and washcloths and bedding for my kids to sleep on the pull out couch, all they could give us is 2 sheets! They said they had no pillows or blankets! How is this even possible in a hotel?! Other than the missing towels, wash cloths and bedding and not being handicap accessible we would have liked the hotel. I was extremely mad but we were too tired to leave and go to a different hotel at that point☹️
