Came for a family matter and was greeted by friendly staff, quick to check in, and they kept coffee in the room every day. Will definitely stay here again should the need arise

Traveling with family, all adults. Booked two rooms, first room smelled badly of smoke, so one couple was moved to another section, their room seemed to have a little more room. Beds were comfortable, but bathroom was really small. For the price, very reasonable.

It was one of the closest to Universal, I love that it is very affordable for family. There is a self service laundry room, a shop and restaurent which is handy. The people there were always friendly and helpful. I will return to Rosen Inn for sure next time.

The Front Desk Supervisor made me and my family stay at the front desk for 2 hours because she insisted that hotels.com made an error in my reservation. After showing my confirmation number and payment she still insisted that hotels.com made the error. They did not make the error. After the Manager at Hotels.com called me and then sent what I showed this supervisor, then the story changed and I was all set. Mind you we spent the entire day at the parks and at 10:30 pm locked out of our rooms and standing at the front desk for two hours.

Older building, but room was very clean and comfortable, if not a bit small. Bathroom was clean but very tiny. Mattress needed replacing (saggy in middle) but still comfortable. Nice little convenience store in the lobby. Perfect for a person trying to save money on a business trip, but too small for a family.

You get what you paid for. Great for family and close to everything. We did a late check in and was there just to sleep. The pool is heated fyi. No one provide information to us. You basically have to ask if you want to know what is being offered at the hotel. Coffee machine is down in lobby.

Ants was in the room we had our baby with us we found start there checked in at 5pm have to leave at 3:30 am counts fine another hotel was on the streets till 5:30 am thank God we had family that lived here in Orlando and we stayed with with them till our another room was ready at Disney all stars movies I wouldn’t stay here not safe for your little kids too many bugs
