We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. We used the valet and it was quick and easy and only dollars difference than self park (which we heard was a mess). The rooms are a good size for a family of 4, we never felt cramped at all. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. It's a war zone. There is no where near enough seating and the food is lacking. Hot breakfast was a definite no for us but bagels and muffins did the trick. The weather was awful and rained the entire weekend so we didn't get to use the pool but it looked very small and had it been pool weather, I think it would have looked like the breakfast; to small to accommodate the number of guests. Overall you get what you pay for and we would stay there again for sure. Walkable to Icon Park and only 20 minutes to the parks.

We are a family of 4 and our 2 kids are 16 and 13. We are from Ottawa, Ontario Canada and we stayed 12 beautiful days at the beautiful modern Element for a World tournament. The Element is very well situated. Behind is the Icon park which is full of restaurants and activities for all (ax throwing, escape rooms, live DJ, Pirates Coves mini put, 3 rides (sling shot, swing and ferris wheel). The vibe is great for all ages. Every night was a blast! International drive is behind the hotel so it makes it super easy to hop on the trolley and go shop to the outlets or just explore the main drag. The breakfast is great. Personally, I don’t understand people who say it lacks variety. They alternate pancakes, French toast and crepes. Every day, they serve scrambled eggs, toasts, bagels, yogourt bar with oats and fruit, chicken sausage, bananas, apples, cheese and spinach frittatas, coffee, tea and juices. The only negative I can give this hotel is the recycling. Being there for 12 days, I would cringe putting all my recycling in the garbage can in our room. In the lobby they have a garbage with a designated recycling side but it’s way too small. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. A special shout out to Luis who made sure to come and say hello every weekday when we were having breakfast, wishing us a good day and good luck at our tournament. Our family loved him! Such a great human being. He added that special touch to our stay. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Modern, clean and well decorated. As a plus it is conveniently located near Universal Studios. We got an upgrade to a studio apartment and a late check out. Overall, it was perfect stay for a family of 4. I would recommend it to any family in the area.

The configuration of the room was excellent, with the 2 bed, a sofa, TV, little dinning table, a fully equipped kitchen, closet space and nice bathroom. Perfect room for a family of 4
