This was a very nice Hampton Inn, super-convenient to Universal (less than 10 minutes to the parking lot). The room was very large and well-appointed, the facility is very clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly! It was a bargain, especially given the location - I highly recommend it if you're taking a family to the park!

My family and I had the most terrible experience ever With staff and booking a room They didn’t know how to take care sofy us at all They thought we couldn’t pay for the room and also they over charged us We gals were there for only 2 nights

We stayed in a family suite with 2 queens bed and pull out double. The room was very spacious, perfect for anyone with kids. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good.

I stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites at least three times a year. I and my family really enjoy and just love everything about the Hampton. It's like our home away from home. It's service with a smile. Ms. Anna is the best. She makes sure we are comfortable and always enjoy our stay. I can't say she takes care of any problems during our stay, because so far, we haven't encountered any problems at the Hampton. It is and will always be our Favorite hotel. Ms. Anna we will see you soon!

Loved the spacious, up to date rooms- perfect for our family. The breakfast was great, with everything fresh. The staff was extra nice and the room and hotel itself were very clean.

Great location! Staff is very friendly and the room very clean. Breakfast was acceptable and the coffee excellent. The surrounding area is not very picturesque but the location can’t be beat. Beds were very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities. This was mostly a place to lay our heads. Having the free continental breakfast was very convenient. There was a nice variety of food. Loved that they had a Mickey Mouse waffle maker for the kids!
