This was our first family trip to Orlando and we absolutely loved the Hotel. Beautiful amenities.. definitely recommend & we will book again.

Overall, it was a decent stay. I would suggest getting a lifeguard, too many unsupervised kids in the pool. I actually had to grab two girls so they wouldn't drown. I understand closing the pool, but closing off the sitting area by the water was disappointing. We should be able to go sit by the water, or walk that area instead of only having the parking lot. Someone came banging on our door at 12:30 am, the front desk sent security right away to handle it. Also, should consider offering at least a complimentary continental breakfast. Ohhh and make sure the ice makers in the freezers are on so there is ice available.

The property is gorgeous l, very clean and safe atmosphere. The staff was kind courteous and extremely nice. The only downfall was there are a lot of kids there. Im not sure if the parents dropped them off but a lot of teenagers running around unsupervised. But otherwise its a great place.

We enjoyed our suite, it had ample room for the family with room for kids and separate room for parents. Staff was very friendly and helpful, gave good recommendations for things to do around the city. Kids loved having the pool and the view was great!

Stayed in an upgraded suite building A. Clean and comfortable. Friendly professional staffs. Loved the washer/dryer, full kitchen with counter top/ seatings. 2 full bathrooms and 2 separated bedrooms was a plus for a family of 4.

I absolutely love my stay! My suit was clean and very convenient for me and my family. Very quiet and the staff was great very friendly and polite , the pool was lovely and everything around....i totally recommend 😀 💙 I will be back!!!!

This property is very close to Universal parks. It's very clean, quiet and family oriented. My apartment was very spacious. I would recommend it.
