We had a great stay this weekend! Very kid friendly with spacious rooms & kitchenette with a dishwasher if needed. It was an 10 out of 10 for us, already recommended it to friends & will be coming back again soon!

Walking distance to Universal, Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in right away so we could begin our family trip to Universal

Haitian lady from housekeeping was rude knocking at 8am knocking in the room to remind us we had to check out, (check out was at 11am) She also lecture one of my kids with attitude because she was mopping the floor and my kid wanted to get ice

Loved the fact it is the first property the shuttle bus picked up on their route. This guarantee a seat for your family OTW to Universal Studios. The breakfast is plus that helps you save a little $ during your vacation. There is nothing I didn't like about my stay. Zero complaints.

Stayed with family for vacation. Property is very excellent and walkable to so many places near by. Front staff was awesome. Room was great. Breakfast is very good. I will definitely come back and stay here.
