Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs® Area

Likes: Stayed here for a professional conference. My room was provided with a portable air filtering system which I liked since I do have severe allergies. The helpfulness, courteousness of staff throughout the hotel earns 5 ; everyone greeted each customer genuinely, willingly, and with a smile. No one seemed grouchy with the numbers of visitors. The service of staff during the conference earns a 5 , meals served throughout the conference earns a 5 . Although I did not travel with family, I noticed shuttle buses to other famed attractions. Disney Springs was in easy walking distance to the hotel, with stairs and elevator options for older adults or persons with limited mobility. Someone was available at the concierge into late evening for questions or ticket reservations for main attractions. Dislikes: The hotel apparently gets a lot of use a traffic, and therefore the individual rooms could use deep cleaning--carpets, bathroom tiles, and bathtub. The carpets could use steam cleaning, or a change to new carpet altogether; same is true for the drapes. While there are grab bars in the tub, a rubberized shower mat would help with safety for older adults. While the tub has been resurfaced somewhat, it is of no help for safety reasons. The mirrored closets and clothes hangers were rusted. It was difficult to inspect the hygienic condition of the mattress as it was covered by a mattress cover. However, the mattress was well used and offered little back back support.

The property was EXTREMELY noisy due to a cheer competition. The hotel was crowded with children running up and down the halls. The room itself was very outdated, somewhat run down, and was in need of a remodel. The main door and adjoining room did not fully close with a hug gap of light from the doorknob to the floor. The ceiling tiles by the entrance of room were half popped out.

Nice hotel rooms were very dated we had a junior sweet which was nice but bathroom was tiny. Very dated decor in bedroom and bathroom

Our family enjoyed our trip. This location is very convenient. You have good options in the hotel but can easily walk over to Disney Springs for anything you need. Our room was clean and comfortable. Will be back again! Thank you

It was easy to get around it with kids. Close to everything.

My family and myself really enjoyed staying there

We visited with our two adult children, so Disney Springs was perfect. We liked the balance between Disney and having summer reprieve. We also really enjoyed eating at JT‘s.

The staff is very friendly and I even check in early cause my flight have change I was able to check in at 10am where can you go stay at to check in that time!!!!!! They front desk staff understand and I was able to get a room at that time !!!! Will be going back again and the pool and jacuzzi is a plus it was heated well during my family stay in December…. I would recommend anyone who is going to Disney spring area, to stay here!!👍

Our room was very dated and carpet was very dirty. We stayed in a junior suite and all furnishings were old and stained. The smell in the room was also musty. This hotel needs a full renovation in the rooms. Very disappointed in this Hilton location and won’t be returning.

My room was clean and comfortable. I was also amazed at how quite it was. There were families with little kids vacationing but it really was peaceful. I plan on going again on vacation this time myself.
