Man listen my state it was excellent from everything from the breakfast in the morning to the room service to even a pool being accessible I enjoyed me and my family enjoyed our weekend and will definitely come back

we booked 2 rooms back to back within 2 minutes of each other. one with a king and pull out and one with 2 queen beds and pull out. The hotel called me about 10 minutes later and said that there was a glitch in the system and the king room wasn't actually available and that there were no other rooms in the hotel. They had already cancelled the king, and I told them we were a family of 7 traveling together and all had to be at the same hotel because there were 4 kids and 3 adults all in the same van, so if they didn't have the king room we would need to cancel the 2queen room as well. She replied "ok, it's cancelled." I have not received a refund. We had to book 2 rooms at the another hotel instead - I called them directly to be sure that wouldn't happen again.

Our group rented 4 separate rooms and each family was very happy with their stay! Would definitely stay again and are considering this hotel chain for our next visit in another city.

The hotel itself was good but we had a cockroach in our room! On the wall! Something was leaking not sure if it was the fridge or the tub? I had to put towels all over. The location was close to our destination and the room was ok for a family of 5. The breakfast was bad. The coffee has no flavor, water down. The omelette seemed from the frozen section, not good . The jimmy sandwich was good. The only good thing was the waffle maker. The fire pit in the front was hit!

Rented a suite for 6 people and it was large enough to fit us all comfortably for one night. It was like a sleep over for myself and grown kids . Breakfast was good and a lot of choices.

Everything was great except the tv didn’t work but the front desk girl was very nice and moved me to a different room when she couldn’t fix the tv because maintenance had already left. The shower water was almost cold which was awful but I did mention when I checked out. Otherwise rooms were well equipped, bed was comfortable , nice if you had a family with extra fold out. Breakfast was good. Very good price for all you got.

Shuttle out of service but was never notified. Called from airport was placed on hold for 8 minutes finally hung up and called back to be helped without being placed on hold only to be told shuttle service was not available and would not be available to return my family to the airport the next morning for our flight. One of the reasons I booked was due to the shuttle availability. I always stay at Hilton properties due to the level of cleanliness and service and this property failed in both fronts. Front desk staff anything but friendly. Found someone else’s deodorant in the bathroom drawer, hair all over floor and in additional bathroom drawer, hair ball in bathtub, drain in bathroom sink would not drain, stains on the bedding, and the water…no cold water in the bathroom. Two choices HOT or SCALDING. When I told front desk staff about water situation at checkout (only discovered when trying to shower before early morning flight) was barely acknowledged. Just an “ok”. No good morning no I am sorry. Maybe it was too early but in the hospitality industry it is never too early for common courtesy. This experience would make me seriously reconsider my Hilton affinity. Highly disappointing experience.

I had a paid reservation last Friday, arrived at 10:30 PM (which was identified as a late check in on reservation), and there were multiple people in reception area upset because we ALL were told that they had overbooked the rooms and none were available.
It took 2 hours of my family at home calling every hotel in town before we finally found a room at $400 a night, and it was 1 AM before I was able to get to that hotel and check in!
It was a scary, horrible and dangerous experience.
