Crowne Plaza Hotel Jacksonville Airport/I-95N, an IHG Hotel

Stay was ok. Double rooms (for families) are tiny beds. Not suirable for parents and kids. Bathroom sucked and shower was poor. Pool was ok but nothing but ghetto stores nearby. Would stay somewhere else next time

Great hotel.. love the bar and drinks!!! Our family had a blast

The staff here was so kind to our family at check in. We had our airbnb cancel on us the night before due to a plumbing issue. We scrambled to find somewhere for our family to go on a holiday weekend just hours before we were to hit the road. They were able to give us adjoining rooms thankfully since we are a family of 5. It was really a lifesaver!

The staff were excellent and very helpful to all of my family and my needs. The only thing I didn’t like was how on an occasion our door would shut hard. That however doesn’t change how I feel about staying at this hotel. I had an excellent stay!

Didn’t have far to go to the airport. The staff were very friendly. I didn’t like the people above my room being so noisy in the wee hours of the morning but I understand when you have children you never know when things are going to happen and it was just 2 times they woke me up.

Checking in was a breeze and the lobby looks amazing. BUT once you passed the lobby you start to see the hotels age. Not bad just not in line with the lobby. The issue was my room. Stayed in a suite and when i walked in the smell was overwhelming. Smelt like a musky smell. O got with house keeping they gave me air freshener to spray. It helped but only masked the smell. I dealt with it for the one night. If i would of had my family with me no way i would have stayed in the room. Other than the smell the room was nice but a little dated.

Lovely place to stay and the kids really enjoyed the pool. All employees were amazing to us and even my fur baby.

Flew in after my flight was detoured to Jacksonville. Was really stressed out because Frontier Airlines left me and my family out in the cold. The front desk made my night a lot better. Made me feel at home. The manager Alyssa was great and made my family feel comfortable. After a hard day the staff at crown plaza made it a good one. They were patient and kind. We highly recommend because it’s hard nowadays to find businesses that care.

Dirty and the carpet smelled horrible. Not a place to go with kids... A Motel looks better then that hotel. Never again!!

Looked like a great hotel online and when we walked in the front desk was so very nice. We had been traveling a long day with an infant. Upon the elevator doors opening the musty mildew smell began. The carpeted floors seemed damped the ceiling in hall was falling down disgusting tiles with stains. Had it not been for the baby and the tremendous amount of luggage we had , I would Of left. The bedroom no better but some. The rug in the room for sure was damp and no air conditioning was on. The furniture lamp shades etc outdated . Bathroom certainly In need of an upgrade. Someone place a door hook on the back of the bathroom door at shoulder level. I began to think may this was a handicap room prior. Either way great lobby bar and service was good. Danny the server was attentive. All the staff was wonderful and attentive no complaints there. This hotel needs a massive overhaul in the rooms.
