The staff is very friendly and helpful. They qere kind to our children and we loved the fact that the pool was not too deep for them to enjoy. Breakfast was a hit every day! The amount of choices met everyone's expectations.

I am incredibly thankful for the way they treated my family and I . From the first day we arrived, they showed us nothing but respect, courtesy, hospitality, and kindness. They maintain the property meticulously, and the rooms are both comfortable and clean . Kathrin Owen took exceptional care of us during our stay. We had to stay at this hotel while our home was being renovated, which coincided with our daughter’s prom and graduation occurring just two weeks apart. Without a venue for her graduation party, we spoke with Kathrin about our situation. She graciously offered us one of the conference rooms, ensuring that we could celebrate our daughter’s milestone. We are deeply grateful to her and her staff for their generosity and support.

Stayed for one night on the way to Disney World. Room was clean and spacious and just what we needed for our family of 4 to sleep for the night before making the last leg of our trip. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Quiet hotel with comfortable beds.

Amazing staff from Clarissa at check in to the breakfast hard-working always eager to help team members. Our family was welcomed and felt sincerely appreciated. The rooms were very clean and tide. Very nice hot breakfast and the best gravy in town ! Yummy! Overall, a memorable experience and a place to keep coming back when in JAX! Thanks all for the amazing job you do!

You get what you pay for! Came to hotel at 12:30 at night, walked though reception, no one there, went up the elevator to my room… no any kid of security. (It’s a scatchy area). The iron was broken; air conditioning very loud Checking out at 4:15 am took time because receptionist too 5 minutes to show up… The place was clean and spacious.

We stay in Jax quite often at least monthly- and this hotel is at the top for the area. It was clean and quiet. The only neg/ complaint was there only 2 washcloths in the room not convienient for a family of 4.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The staff here made our stay feel like home and treated us like family. I will absolutely stay here again and again. Sage and Randy went above and beyond. Sage made sure our home cooked meal was delicious and provided it with a smile and great conversation. Randy dropped us off and picked us up from local grocery stores and restaurants making our stay as seamless as possible. I travel a lot and this hotel is my favorite by far.

One night stay before catching a flight. Room was very large Easily accommodated my family of 3 adults and a child with no issues. Everything was in working order. They offered a breakfast but our flight was before serving time so I can’t comment on that. It is not within walking distance to any restaurants but signs posted of an on site restaurant. We were @ 8 min from the airport which is what we were looking for…oh and I got this room for a great price. I recommend for a short stay.
