Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport

Stayed for one night on the way to Disney World. Room was clean and spacious and just what we needed for our family of 4 to sleep for the night before making the last leg of our trip. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Quiet hotel with comfortable beds.

Amazing staff from Clarissa at check in to the breakfast hard-working always eager to help team members. Our family was welcomed and felt sincerely appreciated. The rooms were very clean and tide. Very nice hot breakfast and the best gravy in town ! Yummy! Overall, a memorable experience and a place to keep coming back when in JAX! Thanks all for the amazing job you do!

You get what you pay for! Came to hotel at 12:30 at night, walked though reception, no one there, went up the elevator to my room… no any kid of security. (It’s a scatchy area). The iron was broken; air conditioning very loud Checking out at 4:15 am took time because receptionist too 5 minutes to show up… The place was clean and spacious.

We stay in Jax quite often at least monthly- and this hotel is at the top for the area. It was clean and quiet. The only neg/ complaint was there only 2 washcloths in the room not convienient for a family of 4.

The staff were amazing, the room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The staff here made our stay feel like home and treated us like family. I will absolutely stay here again and again. Sage and Randy went above and beyond. Sage made sure our home cooked meal was delicious and provided it with a smile and great conversation. Randy dropped us off and picked us up from local grocery stores and restaurants making our stay as seamless as possible. I travel a lot and this hotel is my favorite by far.

Enjoyed our stay there even if it was only for a few hours. The breakfast options were pretty good for our family.

One night stay before catching a flight. Room was very large Easily accommodated my family of 3 adults and a child with no issues. Everything was in working order. They offered a breakfast but our flight was before serving time so I can’t comment on that. It is not within walking distance to any restaurants but signs posted of an on site restaurant. We were @ 8 min from the airport which is what we were looking for…oh and I got this room for a great price. I recommend for a short stay.

Pro: Front desk receptionist was great with checking us in and providing us with the hotel amenities information that was provided to us. Gave us breakfast hours as well. Process took no longer than 5 minutes. Hotel lobby was clean and a great scent. Great job. Con: The room was not necessarily clean. The full out bed/couch had crumbs everywhere with stains on the sheets. On the side of the couch there was food/juice caked up on the side and underneath. The next day upon returning back to the hotel room after a day out my hotel room was not serviced at all. I had no clean sheets, towels or rags. The trash was still in our room and mind you I have an infant and toddler. Ask the receptionist of that night (thanksgiving night) for new linen and towels and was told that this hotel does not change out the main cover on the beds just the sheets. THAT IS VERY UNSANITARY!! AND CAN LEAD TO MANY PEOPLE BECOMING SICK. So me and my family just slept on new sheets, no main cover.

We rented the room for the night because it's fairly close to the cruise terminal. There are 5 in my family. 2 teen boys, and preteen daughter. We had plently of room. It was ver spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. We have no complaints. Free breakfast in the morning was very good also.
