My wife, three kids and I stayed here for 2 days ..The room and whole hotel was very clean. Staff were nice and accommodating. We'd definitely be back and highly recommend it to others, including families.

Traveling from North Carolina to see family and go to the circus in Jacksonville. Overall, the experience at the hotel was great with no problems besides the refrigerator in the room kept going on and off overnight probably the motor is bad or something. But, in general the room was good, parking was easy and the lobby/staff was very friendly and helpful free breakfast before checking out! Would recommend to anyone whom needs a place to stay in Jacksonville. Also, it’s next to a Wendy’s, Dunkin and gas stations

The night desk attendant was too Drunk or high to check my family in to their rooms and there was no one else on the property to help. She managed to give them key cards to their room and we found out the next morning they were never checked in. New staffing is needed, when complaining to the person on the morning shift she said it wasn’t the first complaint about her. Also the breakfast wasn’t great and the food ran out really fast due to people taking multiples and nothing being refilled.

Christmas weekend away with the family. It's in a location with not much near by (2 gas stations and a Wendy's) but felt very safe. Beds were super soft and comfy! Will stay again If we go back that way.

The staff was amazing. So nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The pool was clean and free breakfast was basic! Would definitely stay again if needed. The only dislike is there is nothing near by. Closest restaurants were 15 minutes away (not bad, but not also not convenient with an infant). Publix was about 10 minutes away. There was a Circle K across the street.

My kids and i had a great time. The hotel and staff was great. The rooms wzs amazing and the staff was overly friendly. We will be going back to stay again for the summer.

Very comfortable overnight stay with the kids, front desk staff was exceptional and service was superb. Hotel is a little dated, but very comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing!
